With the open access in the background,it is the truth that open scientific data has become a key element.With the implementation of Scientific Data Management Methods in China,open scientific data has aroused extensive attention.Open scientific data platform is must for researchers to share data and obtain data.Sharing scientific data ultimately is to realize data reuse.Therefore,it is of practical significance to effectively record the degree of data reuse in open scientific data platform and explore the factors affecting scientific data reuse.Firstly,an extensive literature has developed on scientific data reuse,based on that,this paper puts forward some definitions in this study,and reviews the existing scientific data reuse research which is the foundation of the model.Secondly,it introduces the background,functions of open scientific data platform,and takes Science DB,Zenodo and GCdata PR as examples to explain in detail.Thirdly,collect sample and analyze data characteristics.Science DB,Zenodo and GCdata PR were selected as data collection platforms,and processed data.The data reuse characteristics,data update,data file type,funding,institutional distribution and data discipline types of each platform were compared and analyzed to compare the degree of data reuse in different platforms.Based on the existing theoretical model,the influencing factors of data reuse are summarized into four dimensions: data acquisition,data quality,data context situation and data trust.In each dimension,relevant indicators are proposed to construct the influencing factors model of scientific data reuse in this paper.Finally,a regression model is constructed based on the proposed theoretical model,datasets in Science DB,Zenodo,and GCdata PR are selected as research objects to quantitatively analyze the impact of scientific data attributes on data reuse and perform robust regression to improve the accuracy of the conclusions.The analysis leads to the following conclusions:(1)among scientific data platforms,Zenodo has the highest amount of scientific data but the lowest number of views and downloads of data files per article,because Zenodo has no audit mechanism and data quality varies greatly.GCdata PR has the characteristics of geography,climate and other disciplines and has strong applicability.Therefore,data situational factors have a greater influence.For the two general scientific data platforms,the influencing factors are more comprehensive and complex.(2)In the study of factors affecting the reuse of scientific data,the degree of data reuse of natural science is higher than that of other subjects;Funds has no positive effect on data reuse;data context situation factors has a great impact on data reuse,including relevant information,data cited and data update.Based on the conclusions,it will be helpful to improve platform mechanism and data submission authority.
