With the successfully running of CERNET2 core network and the reconstruction of IPv6 network,all universities have consummated their campus network construction.which improve the development of our campus IPv6 users greatly.On the other hand,our CIOs are puzzled by the new challenge,how to make the newIPv6campus network safe and operated as it 'does for the IPv4 network.As the canmpus netework of Zhejiang Yuexiu University of Foreign Languages is based on IPv4 protocol and it has been used widely.If we replace the whole equipments the cost will be great and the operation is also complicated.So in this thesis,we study how to upgrade the campus network based on IPv4 protocol to IPv6 protocol directly and the technology.With the campus reconstruction project of ZYUFL,our thesis has studied some key problems of how to reconstruct the IPv4 network intoIPv6 network.This thesis also studies some applications of IPv6 which is different from IPv4,such as the dual-channel CA,Deployment of multicast services and applications,IPv6 security in the campus network,access network security,software configuration to achieve,ND attack recovery and IPv6 topology discovery management.The campus network of ZYUFL has been reconstructed into a safe and operated one and its IPv6&IPv4 has also been reduced efficiently.The users can visit IPv6 resources freely,which provide strong support for the school.It could also improve the information level of the school and provide efficient and softly environment for the users.On the one hand the new campus network shorten the distance between the campus and the world.
