With the continuous economic and social development,environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent.Erhai Lake is the mother river of people in Dali,moreover its quality directly affects the quality of life and economic development of the local people.In recent years,with the development tourism of Erhai basin,accumulating of discharged sewage,industrial sewage,animal manure entering the joint action of Erhai Lake and many other factors.Erhai Lake water quality was significantly damaged.To this end,the government from many,many angles,for instance,jointing multi-sectoral,increasing environmental awareness and improve the means of sewage management system to protect Erhai Lake.According to the authors' project-Environmental information platform construction Erhai Lake,the sub-item "Discharge Permit Management Information System".On the basis of research business needs,a clear project features of Erhai basin,discharge permit management information system is designed.Based on B/S framework,and adopting the MVC design model,this thesis produces business requirements analysis,as well as overall and detailed designs for system to management information of sewage discharge permission for Erhai drainage basin,using the advanced responsive programming model BootStrap as front-end frame,and typical LAMP framework as back-end frame of the information system and designing through the separation programming concept of visual and logistic.Procedure module for basic service is mainly responsible for the management and realization of sewage discharge service,including application module for permission,issuing module,alteration module,canceling module,inquiry module and annual inspection module;The system management module is mainly responsible for the management of relative information of information system,including back-stage management and basic information management.Through the pre-research and pre-analysis to logistic for system service,functional requirements,system characters,the thesis designs the service flow diagram,data flow diagram,system example,and entity-relation diagram etc of all modules.Now,the thesis already has accomplished the development of service flow module and system management module,and verified the applicability of the design through debugging and testing.Finally,the thesis will come to a summarize to point out the advantages and disadvantages of the system.
