With the rapid development of enterprises, enterprises sewage problems become critical issues affecting the quality of the environment. How to conduct the enterprise sewage effective monitoring and management has become to avoid water pollution, improve key aspects of environmental quality.This is the background for this study of the enterprise sewage problem is studied, and the sewage discharge from the actual business process management departments starting to develop and design a set of realistic operational needs of the sewage discharge monitoring and management system. The realization of the sewage system data management-Emission Control-warning complete process control. And as well as the system design and development process wastewater discharge data management module, monitoring module, early warning management module, statistical analysis modules and system queries and other functional modules. And the use of the use case diagram, sequence diagram, etc. function modules of the system development and design process are described.In the system on the basis of functional design, this paper takes advantage of the C#language and SQL2008database technology for system function modules are implemented. And the function of the system testing and performance testing for discussion and analysis, the development of effective control department to meet the actual needs of sewage effluent discharge monitoring and management system.Application of the system will effectively improve the quality of sewage companies monitoring and management, to eliminate sewage discharge monitoring system monitoring vulnerabilities exist, the information flow is slow, sewage treatment is not timely issues, but because I capacity constraints, the lack of the data collection study, no effluent discharge data acquisition hardware design. Therefore, in the future course of the study will be designed starting from the data acquisition hardware, data-management-based integrated wastewater discharge data for the statistical analysis of a set of integrated wastewater discharge monitoring and management system.
