Research On The Distribution Of The Subjects Of The Service Research Of The Weak Groups In China And Its Optimization Countermeasures

Library makes numerous literature and information well-organized by collecting,trimming and processing.And library provides these ordered literature and information for the members of the society who need them.So it is one of the most important functions of library to provide service for its users. Library has the property of public goods such as non-excludability,non-rivalry,positive externalities and so on.Modern library ideas include equal service,intellectual freedom,information fairness,democracy and social inclusion.These ideas can be the theory basis to sustain library in providing free service indistinguishably.Disadvantaged group is a special kind of groups that library provides service.Researchers in this field pay much attention to it.So there are lots of research achievements.On the basis of research achievement,analyze the literature in the way of combining quantitative analysis method and qualitative analysis method.As a result we can know well about the progress in this filed in China.In this master’s thesis do the statistic analysis about the journal articles with respect to disadvantaged groups service that library provides.Then it will be analyzed with the social network analysis method and visual tool.In this way the subject distribution can be knew about.It is discovered that there are three disadvantages via subject distribution.These researches do not contain all the kinds of disadvantaged groups.There are lots of general introduce,but the expanding strategy is not enough.These researches are short of institutional solutions.To solve the three disadvantages three optimizing strategies are put forward.Firstly,make good omissions and deficiencies,and pay close attention to the service for all the kinds of disadvantaged groups.Secondly,attach importance to both practice introduce and expanding strategy in the research.Thirdly,strengthen the study of institutional solution project.
