The Research Of Public Library Intelligent Information Service Pattern For The Disadvantaged Groups

With the rapid development of China’s politics, economy and culture, comprehensive national strength has been continuously improved, the overall cultural level of citizens has been greatly improved, but the cultural service of disadvantaged groups is still very severe. As the important part of society and culture of the China’s public welfare, it bears the responsibility of guaranteeing information fairness, freedom and equality in today’s information society, and it is obliged to make contribution to protect the cultural rights, improve the cultural level of and interests of the disadvantaged groups, and promote social harmony. At present, our public library services for disadvantaged groups get attention and improvement, but there are still a series of problems, such as the service content is single, the effect of service is low. This paper aims to analyze the problems existing in the public library information services for disadvantaged groups, proposed using the idea and technology of wisdom library, construct a public library intelligence information service model for disadvantaged groups, which can provide targeted and systematic services for disadvantaged groups. Through the research on the disadvantaged groups’service of some public library in our country, put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of the application of the model to help achieve the smart transition of library services for the disadvantaged groups. This article includes following contents:(1) Aiming at the problems existing in the library service for disadvantaged groups, firstly put forward the topic, the purpose of the study, combined with China’s political, economic and environmental information, clarify the research background, significance, and analyze and review the domestic and foreign research status for the disadvantaged groups’service,and then put forward the ideas and innovations.(2) Explain the related theory and technology of pattern construction. Introduces the connotation of the information service mode of the library, and hackle the evolution process;introduce theory of service for disadvantaged groups, emphasizes the importance of library service for vulnerable groups; building a disadvantaged intelligence information service mode in the analysis of the smart library and related technology to help realize the transformation of service.(3) Describe the overall framework for the design of the public library of disadvantaged groups intelligence information service model, on this basis analyze in-depth several modules of the implementation according to the type of different disadvantaged groups.(4) Selecting the twelve public libraries as a sample, investigate and statistic the service to disadvantaged groups, and summary the existing problems of intelligence information service mode of vulnerable groups in our country public library application in present situation. And combined with the factors of the model establishment and implementation, it put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to ensure efficient implementation in library operation in the process of the model.
