In recent years, people involve in education industry in China has started to pay close attention to the Information Communication Technology in Teachers' Professional Development (ICT in TPD). The key to increase the teacher's qualification of the information knowledge is to effectively combine information technology to the teaching practice. This is also in an effort to put the theory into real practice. It is obviously that this ability is practical knowledge which accumulated via practices. The practical knowledge is based on the real solving of the practical problems. These solutions are all based on the real scenario experience. In all, this is a kind of case knowledge. Therefore, a case-based learning environment is a must for effective learning practical knowledge. In all, the teaching-case based teachers' professional development has become a model which is a followed by most of the experienced teachers and professionals. Rich in teaching cases have become the foundation for the teachers' professional development. Teaching case management system has also become the strong support for the teachers' professional development. However, there is quite few teaching case management systems developed in China. Therefore, this thesis author focuses on an in-depth discussion of the related field. The thesis has an in-depth explanation regarding Teaching-Case-Knowledge Management System of Case-Based Reasoning related systematic structure design and solutions of CBR' key technology according to the related theories and research methods of knowledge management and Case-Based Reasoning (CBR).Based upon this, this thesis author develops the Teaching-Case-Knowledge Management System of Case-Based Reasoning which implement teaching-case knowledge acquirement, store, sharing, transferring, innovating, applying, evaluation and CBR' teaching-case answering. Furthermore, the solutions' validity has been verified.Firstly, an in-depth analysis on domestic and international related researching development status, based on this, this thesis has presented and in-depth discussion regarding how to use knowledge project theory to direct the systematic construction design of the Teaching-Case-Knowledge Management System of Case-Based Reasoning. Secondly, this thesis has made an in-depth discussion on how to adopt CBR technology to the TCMS related Teaching-Case Reasoning. In the meantime, an in-depth discussion regarding the four key components of CBR related theories and practicing methods: Case express, case retrieve, case revise and case retain has also been covered. This thesis imports Case-Based Reasoning technology as this system's key technology. Using this technology can promote teaching-case knowledge sharing, transferring, innovating and applying, furthermore, it can exactly give out one or more case answers at once according to teacher's request. Teacher will solve the fact teaching issue by using or improving these case answers. In addition, this thesis introduces two case analysis tools. One is S-T Instructional Analysis tool and another is Flanders Class Interaction Analysis tool. Using these tools, teachers can analyze class case from different aspect and acquire an in-depth comprehension of the teaching case knowledge. Last but not the least, targeted at some typical problems with TCMS, for example, large-size video case's loading problem, low speed for case answer sourcing, retrieving strategy etc, this thesis have provided some practical solutions for them.
