In the “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” era background,in order to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness in the international arena,the development of modern vocational education is required to speed up to make good preparation for talent output.To cultivate talents with strong skills and high quality,secondary vocational education must take practical education as a main way.Substituted post practice,as a form of practical education,should be the breakthrough point.Because substituted post practice can provide a good platform for the understanding of the difference between theoretical education and practice,for quality improvement of secondary vocational education,for students' development of vocational ability and improvement of professional quality,for students' preparation for their future employment and entrepreneurship.Accompanied by the Tibetan industrial structure optimization and upgrading,the secondary vocational education has the obligation to output qualified technical talents for regional economic development and social development.Therefore,this research which takes the substituted post practice of secondary vocational students in Lhasa as the research subject has a positive social significance and practical significance.This research uses questionnaire method,interview method and method of collecting materials to get a comprehensive information of Lhasa secondary vocational students' substituted post practice,then seeks and analyzes the problems in detail from multi-angel comprehensively.This research also learns relevant experience from home and aboard,and tries to offer some feasible and targeted proposal for problem solution.This research contains the following four parts:The first chapter is the introduction.First,it discusses the reason of this research,the purpose and meaning of the research.Then it introduces the theoretical foundation and the core concept,combs the domestic and foreign related research,expounds the value of this research,and confirms the researching ideas and methods.The second chapter is the investigation and analysis of Lhasa secondary vocational students' present situation during their substituted post practice.In order to give an overall understanding of the general situation of the secondary vocational students in Lhasa,firstly it introduces the secondary vocational schools,school training base construction,substitution post practice process and the basic situation of cooperation internship units.And secondly it explains in detail how to design and arrange the questionnaire and interview outline,how to select the research object.The results of the survey are analyzed in detail from three aspects: the basic condition,process management and effectiveness evaluation.The third chapter is the problem of the post-post internship and the analysis of the attribution.Through the current situation investigation,eight outstanding problems and contradictions are summarized to analyze.The fourth chapter is the part of the suggestion to solve the problem of the post-post internship for the secondary vocational students in Lhasa.In view of the above problems,solution proposals are given from the conceptual and practical aspects.Conclusion part is the summary and thinking of the research and thinking.It indicates the direction for further research.
