In order to improve the learning effect of the secondary vocational hotel substituted post exercitation and the training way of the pre-job training of substituted post exercitation, the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in the pre-job training of substituted post exercitation was discussed with literature analysis, observation interviews, questionnaire survey and contrast experimental method.Firstly, the general definition of flipped classroom teaching mode was comprehensively expounded theoretically, and compared with the traditional teaching mode. The status quo of flipped classroom teaching mode home and abroad was analyzed, and research purposes, significance, methods, ideas and the basic framework were put forward, also the theory according to the flipped classroom teaching mode was summarized.Secondly, through the questionnaire survey and interviews, the practice of secondary vocational school students majoring in hotel management was understood with the influence analysis of the crux of learning effect. From the start of the pre-job training, combined with the subject characteristics of professional hotel, flipped classroom teaching mode was introduced. Improvement of training mode and adjusting the position and rotation were tried to solve the core problem of learning effect. Thirdly, application cases of the flipped classroom teaching mode in the post practice of pre-job training was designed combining with the characteristics of hotel professional. With the "team for telephone reservation" as an example, the design ideas were elaborated, and the flipped classroom teaching mode was promoted in the pre-job training of three core jobs.Finally, the comparative experiments were carried out with application of flipped classroom teaching mode in the post practice of pre-job training. Taking the contents of pre-job training as experimental materials and 2012 hotel management students as experimental subjects, training satisfaction survey was developed for students, teachers and enterprise, and seven core skills of post practice for students was tested, The data were analyzed to examine the flipped classroom teaching mode is suitable for the post practice of pre-job training in the secondary professional hotel. At the same time, the problems in the comparative experiments test were summarized and solved. A general model of application of flipped classroom teaching mode in the post practice of pre-job training of vocational hotel was constructed.As the research and practice of this subject shows, flipped classroom teaching mode is basically suitable for the post practice of pre-job training of vocational hotel. Anew pattern of school-enterprise cooperation in pre-job training is developed, which can effectively solves the influence of the core problem of learning effect in post practice, improves the learning effect and realizes the school-enterprise resources sharing and complementary advantages to make the common progress among the business, school and students. Some references are provided for the post practice of pre-job training reform of secondary vocational schools, the pre-job training for the hotel staffs and the application research on flipped classroom teaching mode of secondary vocational schools, the learning platform construction of secondary vocational school and the teaching resources production of skills-based curriculum.
