Problems And Countermeasures Of Post Practice In Secondary Vocational Schools

Post practice of secondary vocational school students is a kind of education and teaching mode through school enterprise cooperation and work study combination.It is an effective way to organically integrate basic theoretical knowledge and practical operation,and is the key link of secondary vocational school education and teaching.Secondary vocational schools to carry out internship is the joint participation of schools,students and cooperative enterprises,but the author found that there are many problems in the process of implementing internship in secondary vocational schools in this region,which will affect the quality and effect of internship in secondary vocational schools to a certain extent.G secondary vocational school in Xinxiang City is a national key technical secondary school in the region.It has made some achievements in the implementation process of Post Practice for many years,and has accumulated rich experience.The author selects this school as the research object,which has a distinct representation for reflecting the situation of post practice in secondary vocational schools in the region.Taking g secondary vocational school in Xinxiang City as an example,this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview to conduct a questionnaire survey on the students of grade 2018 who participate in the internship,and interviews the school,students and cooperative enterprises.The interviewees include the person in charge of the school enterprise cooperation office,the school internship instructor,and the teacher in charge of the internship,Person in charge of Human Resources Department of cooperative enterprise and students.Through the investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the process of internship in G secondary vocational school in Xinxiang City,such as organization and mobilization,system construction,professional counterpart,internship guidance,rights and interests protection,process management,assessment and evaluation,etc,It is proposed that the school should perform its duties and lead the post practice management;Enterprises actively fulfill the responsibility of co management;A series of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to guide the school to optimize the construction of internship system,improve the management mode of internship,and improve the quality and effect of internship.
