Post practice is conducted as an important means of cultivating the students' professional and technical ability of secondary vocational colleges.In recent years,there has been a serious phenomenon of leaving the post during the practice.At present,the domestic research results referring to the phenomenon are relatively limited.This paper adopts questionnaire survey,interview and dialogue and case study to carry out the research.First of all,the research background and current situation of the subject are comprehensively stated.This paper emphasizes the importance of solving the off-post problem to improve the effectiveness of the post practice,taking a Technical secondary school as an example to design the corresponding questionnaire,analyzes the results of effectively recovered questionnaires and forms scientific statistical results,from which the reasons for the outstanding off-post problems are analyzed,and feasible suggestions and measures are put forward.This paper draws the following conclusions :Firstly,Secondary vocational school students in the process of post practice cannot stick to their posts release or frequently change post without any authorization,and this has an adverse impact on the cultivation of students' own technical ability,the completion of the school training program,as well as the production schedule and quality of enterprises.Secondly,the reasons for the separation of vocational students in the course of post practice not only include their young age,poor self-control ability,poor independent ability,lack of professional malaise,weak ideological awareness and lack of sense of responsibility,poor cultural level foundation,not being able to adapt to the pace of work or dealing with poor interpersonal skills and other students' personal reasons,but also cover many enterprise's reasons such as poor practice environment,low salary,lack of secondary vocational school students re-cultivation and also some deficiencies in the teaching staff,communication channels,school-enterprise assessment,planning guidance and so on.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the system of post practice and to reduce the problem of separation from the post.Lastly,the paper aims at guiding students to strengthen comprehensive quality and improve ideological awareness,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and promoting the healthy development of post practice;playing the key role of school inthe process of changing the role of the students of secondary vocational schools in post practice,working together to improve the practice system,hoping to provide practical research results for the training of high-level technicians in vocational schools in China.
