With the increasing number of college graduates,the employment pressure becomes greater,private vocational training institutions can meet the graduates’ requirements for examination training of civil servants and institutions,improve the passing rate of students,increase employment opportunities,and thus promote the increase of the number of private vocational training institutions,which also greatly increases the fierce competition among institutions.To survive and develop,institutions need a large number of students to achieve long-term profits,among which the high quality and stability of the teacher team is a key factor for the survival and development of educational institutions and brand promotion.But at present,the incentive mechanism of teachers in private vocational training institutions is not in line with the actual needs of teachers,and the incentive measures are not perfect,which leads to the instability of the teachers in private vocational training institutions and the brain drain.Therefore,it is very important to retain and attract talents by studying the incentive mechanism of teachers.A practical and effective incentive mechanism can stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers,attract more excellent teachers to join,stabilize the team,improve the core competitiveness of the institution,and promote the sustainable development of the institution.This paper takes Yunnan YC training institution as the research object of incentive mechanism,firstly introduces content incentive theory,process incentive theory,adjustment incentive theory and comprehensive incentive theory,and studies the theoretical research results at home and abroad.Secondly,under the theoretical guidance of two-factor theory,hierarchy of needs theory and fairness theory,a questionnaire was designed according to the actual situation of Yunnan YC training institutions to understand the main contents of the current incentive mechanism for teachers,the satisfaction results of teachers’ incentive and the investigation of incentive needs,and the representative teachers were selected for interviews.Through the results of questionnaire and interview,the current situation of incentive mechanism in YC training institutions is analyzed.Finally,based on the actual situation of YC training institutions,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of institutions and their causes,and improves and optimizes the design of incentive measures,remuneration and benefits according to relevant incentive theories,and puts forward some feasible incentive measures.The research shows that YC training institutions should improve the salary structure,improve the training and learning mechanism,set up a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system,build a fair promotion channel,enhance career happiness,and put forward safeguard measures to improve the enthusiasm of teachers and the stability of the team.The research results of this paper can not only solve the incentive problem of YC training institutions and enhance their core competitiveness in the industry,but also provide practical experience and methods for the structure of similar scale and business.
