Research On The Reform Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of "Double-Class"

Education is the foundation of a strong nation.Education prospers and the country prospers.With socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the higher education of socialism with Chinese characteristics has also entered a new era,which is a new historical position for the development of higher education in China,and also brings opportunities and challenges to the reform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It is of great significance to carry out the reform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.The proposal and implementation of the “Double Top-Class” construction has made the development of higher education in our country into a new developing stage.There is no doubt that new developing requirements for ideological and political education in colleges and universities are also raised.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress points out that building a powerful education country is the basic project of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is necessary to carry out the Party’s educational policy in an all aspects,to implement the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people,to speed up the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines,and to realize the connotative development of higher education.At this new historical starting point,how to further realize the innovation and development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and cultivate innovative talents of high-quality with a sense of national mission and social responsibility is an epoch subject that the reform must face.In view of the background above,this paper,based on the view of the “Double Top-Class” construction,through the in-depth exploration of the context of the time and theoretical resources,with the deep analysis of the achievements and problems exist in ideological and political education in Chinese colleges and universities now.On the basis of deeply excavating the relationship between the “Double Top-Class” construction and the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the opportunities brought by the “Double Top-Class” construction from two aspects of the development of ideological and political education and the mode reform,raises the challenges faced in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of Chinese characteristics and nation,and attempts to explore the reform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
