In general high school physics course standard it's required that "emphasizing on independent learning,advocating diversified teaching methods".Hence,teachers' role should be converted from knowledge transmitter to an instructor, who perfect students'learning styles,promote the learning style as "independent study,mutual help,exploration",then arouse students' initiative, that's an important issue in the reform of basic education.Based on much research literature, this paper discusses how to carry out peer-assisted learning in physics teaching in senior high school and we enhance the awareness of the importance; We then conduct investigation and analysis about current situation of peer-assisted learning;Thirdly,under the guidance of constructivism theory, we put forward the principles and approaches of peer-assisted learning in high school physics teaching;Fourthly,we carry out the practical research of peer-assisted learning,and discuss the practical effect,examples of "curvilinear motion" and "lenz law" are given.
