Conduct peer support learning activities in high school biology experiments.Based primarily on "ordinary high school biology curriculum standards" proposed "toimprove biological science literacy for all students, promote inquiry learning andattention in touch with real life," the basic idea of the course, the current situation and Imy school teaching high school biology experiment educational needs of their ownteaching and expanded. The main solution to the experimental conditions in poorminority areas, accounting for underachiever in most cases, improve the efficiency ofexperimental biology teaching problems. In this paper, learn how to develop peer support teaching high school biologyexperiment to conduct practical research: first discusses the research background, significance; secondly defines peer coaching to learn the core concepts and combingresearch status, peer coaching study to determine direction and applying the principles;Third learning concept based peer support and peer support learning principles, designexperimental teaching learning activities in peer support programs and mutual learningto write a companion case, in my school for practical research; Finally, through theanalysis of practical research summed up my school companions for mutual learningprograms, and practices appear inadequate for analysis, and proposed improvements. After teaching practice and through the analysis of experimental results obtained, the introduction of peer support learning in high school biology experiment teaching iseffective, its effect is as follows: Conversion underachiever learning difficulties;optimized "GIFTED" the learning; improving teachers easily ignored Average;enhanced learning initiative biological experiments; improved classroom atmosphere, improved academic performance; improved relationships between the students, so thatstudents can integrate into society; enhanced students ’self-identity and sense ofresponsibility; reflects the collective spirit of cooperation and mutual assistance;enhance the students’ attitudes and values.
