Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Professional Student Associations In Secondary Vocational Schools

Since the new century,the secondary occupation education in our country has achieved great development,cultivate a large number of excellent workers to promote the growth and development of economy in our country,in the construction of modern occupation education system under the policy support,secondary occupation education will continue to assume the task of higher occupation education talents cultivation of talents for the society,the role of secondary vocational education in our national education is more prominent.With the development of secondary vocational education from the expansion of the scale of the school to the connotation of the construction,improve the quality of teaching to cultivate the comprehensive quality of talent has become an urgent requirement for economic and social development of secondary vocational education.Students' professional association can not only enrich students' campus culture life,improve the way of learning,cultivate team awareness but also has the unique function of consolidating professional knowledge,exercising professional skills,improving interpersonal communication and organization and management ability,becoming a new form of new carrier and auxiliary professional teaching to boost students' all-round development,which has certain effect on improving the quality of personnel training and improving teaching effect.However,the development of the professional student community in the secondary vocational school is limited to its function,so it is of great practical significance to study the professional student community.This paper first elaborated the function of professional student community in vocational school,then investigated the current situation of professional stude nt community in vocational schools.On the basis of collating and analyzing sur vey data,find out the problems of the professional student community in vocat ional schools and then analyze the causes of the problems and put forward the countermeasures.According to the function,current situation investigation,disco very problem,analysis reason and countermeasure of vocational school student community,the thesis divides into four parts.The introduction part discusses the reason and significance of this thesis,defines the concept of student community and professional student community,and introduces the research ideas and research methods.The first part discusses the function of professional student association,incl udes improving students' comprehensive literacy and professional learning,prom oting professional development and building on campus culture.The second par part through the investigation and study of the four vocational schools in Shandong Province,this paper investigates present situation of professional students 'associations in vocational schools.Combined with existing research on the survey data for statistical and in-depth analysis,it is found that there are problems in the management,teachers,community leaders,community activities,material security and external relations.The third part analyzes the causes of the problems of professional student community,mainly including the lack of awareness of the importance of professional student community,positioning bias,the lack of advanced education concept of teachers,community leaders lack of training,professional student community itself is difficult to build.The forth part according to the problems of professional student community in vocational school,from the perspective of improving the professional student community of vocational school,put forward to improve the importance of positioning,improve the management mechanism,the establishment of security mechanisms,update the educational philosophy,improve the quality of activities and other countermeasures.
