With the rapid development of the socialist modernization drive with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the demand for talented people keeps increasing.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the National Vocational Education Conference that vocational education should cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents,skilled craftsmen,and great country craftsmen.As an important component of vocational education,secondary vocational education has the responsibility to cultivate more talents.Therefore,secondary vocational schools must make good use of student clubs as a major stage for promoting student development.Better classification and management of student clubs in vocational schools can help students grow.On the one hand,the classification and management of student clubs in secondary vocational schools pursues the unity of efficiency and effectiveness,highlighting the meta value of education,which has unique value in helping students’ individual development.It can promote personalized development of students and also promote their socialized development,thereby cultivating socialist laborers and successors who comprehensively develop morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty,and labor,and achieving the school’s educational goals.On the other hand,the classification and management of student clubs in vocational schools also reflects the social development function of education,which is rich in political,economic,and cultural values.At present,classification and management of student clubs in secondary vocational schools face such problems as unclear goals,insufficient understanding,over-generalized measures,non-standard processes,insufficient guarantees,undesirable efficiency and effectiveness.In order to comprehensively understand the current situation of classification and management of student clubs in vocational schools,identify existing problems and their reasons,and explore ways to improve the situation,this study applies the theories of goal management,hierarchy of needs,and multiple intelligence and adopts research methods including literature review,interview,observation,questionnaire,and case study.The thesis identifies problems in classification and management of student clubs in vocational schools by conducting a survey of vocational schools in sample A.These problems include lack of effective management mechanisms and methods,lack of necessary support,and insufficient utilization of its functions.By strengthening publicity,unifying ideas,we can improve our understanding of club classification and management,strengthen the management teams and provide better support.By doing so,we can help students and schools grow and further promote the continuous in-depth development of research on classification and management of student clubs in vocational schools.This study focuses on the practice of classification and management of student clubs in vocational schools,clarifying problems,focusing on development,reflecting educational sentiments,advocating for pioneering spirit,emphasizing the need to keep up with the times.The study aims to perfect the classification standards of student clubs,optimize student club organization,establish and cultivate new types of student clubs to meet the new requirements of personalized and diversified development of students.At the same time,attention should be paid to prioritizing efficiency,balancing fairness,and utilizing assessment and evaluation mechanisms to timely terminate outdated student clubs.More emphasis should be placed on scientific development,pursuing a harmonious resonance between science and development,coupling management and science,and combining management and culture.
