The Research On The Cultivating Function Of Professional Associations In Secondary Vocational Schools

Professional associations in vocational schools are an important organizational form for students’ professional practice activities,and play an important role in cultivating students’ professional skills and professional qualities.However,there are relatively few empirical studies on the cultivating function of professional associations in vocational schools.Therefore,this research uses the method of literature,observation,interview and case study,taking the accounting club of Changsha College of Finance and Economics as a case study,to explore the principle and mechanism of cultivating people in professional associations in secondary vocational schools.Firstly,it investigates the organizational goals,organizational structure,organizational culture,organizational characteristics and other organizational profiles of the accounting club.It is found that the cultivating foundation of accounting club is based on a clear organizational purpose,a good organizational atmosphere,the construction of teachers and students,and a guarantee mechanism for club activities.Secondly,focusing on the analysis of the cultivating process of accounting club.The accounting club activities are carried out in three stages,and each stage has clear training and assessment objectives.In the process of training and assessment,students’ professional skills and professional quality are cultivated.By analyzing the formation and development of students’ professional quality,we can further understand the cultivating effect of accounting club.The experience of accounting club activities is to effectively link club activities with accounting professional courses,strengthen organizational management and school-enterprise cooperation,and pay attention to the construction of the teaching team.Finally,the principle and mechanism of cultivating people in accounting club are discussed.Its principle of cultivating people lies in the cultivation of club organizations,the cultivation of club activities,the cultivation of club subjects,situational education of club and student’s self-education.The cultivation mechanism of the accounting club is the result of the interaction between the students as the subject and the accounting club as the object.It is reflected in the basic way that students transform the cultural connotation of accounting club and the knowledge and skills of club activities into their own internal qualities through self-education.Based on the above analysis,the conclusion of this study is put forward.The realization of the cultivating function of professional associations is based on a certain cultivating foundation,that is,the development and construction of the organization;it follows the principle of organizational cultivation,activity cultivation and cultural cultivation.The foothold of cultivating people in professional associations is the formation of students’ literacy,which is the result of a double-determination mechanism,not only depends on the external mechanism of professional associations,but also depends on the internal mechanism of the student’s self-education.
