Induction period is an important phase in the secondary school Chinese teachers' role identity. The problems of teachers's role identity have great influence on teachers professional development. In the context of curriculum reform in basic education,the paper analyzes of the secondary school Chinese teachers' role identity can find out the problems existing in the process of the realization of the new teachers, and provide the help and guidance for the new teachers.This article consists of three main parts:First of all, this article discusses the change of teachers 'role in the background of curriculum reform in elementary education. Through the theoretical summary and empirical investigation of the way to determine the role of the new curriculum Chinese teacher's specific content. From the perspective of professional development of teachers,theoretically discusses the connotation of teachers' role recognition, different stages of development and influencing factors, which lays the foundation for further research.Secondly, This article uses a questionnaire and interviews with two surveys. According to the theory of teacher's role identity,the questionnaire of the "new curriculum Chinese teacher role identity" is made and 105 novice econdary school Chinese teachers are selected to investigate their level of role identity.The results show that: (1) The development trend of the Chinese teachers in the three-time middle school language is gradually declining in the three stages of the role recognition, the role of practice and the role of identity recognition.Novice secondary school Chinese teacher pre-service and post-entry role learning experience, examination-oriented education environment is the main factor affecting the survey results.(2) New middle school Chinese teachers' role-identity of the city than in rural new middle school Chinese teachers. Interviews shows that differences in curriculum reform,teaching equipment, students, etc. between urban and rural secondary schools have important implications for the findings.(3) There are significant differences in the recognition level of the characters in the new Chinese language teachers. The results of the survey were influenced by teachers' personal ability factors and school cultural and environmental factors.Finally, aiming at the problems and causes of the role of Chinese teachers in the entry stage, this article puts forward an effective strategy to promote the development of the novice secondary school Chinese teachers: First of all, In the process of induction education,we should improve the education system from the aspects of perfecting the teacher system and the teacher training system and improving the teachers' evaluation methods; Secondly,In the construction of the language culture of the school, we should build a school environment conducive to the recognition of the role of the new Chinese language teacher;At last, In the novice middle school language teacher's own growth, teachers in the role of learning process to improve their ability to reflect, continue to reflect the role of the process of growth.
