Home-school cooperation has always been the concern of all social sectors.In recent years,due to WeChat became one of the ways of home-school cooperation,a new problem has produced.The new problem is teachers' burden reduction and parents'burden increased.And the new problem has made the attention of all sectors of society to home-school cooperation enter a new climax.In the area of education,home-school cooperation and teacher's Role are different research topics and have different practical logic.They have not been in a status of integration.But they will be fused in this study.Starting with the new problem which teachers' burden reduction and parents' burden increased,to study the teacher role in home-school cooperation.The study select a primary School in Xi'an as the research point.The research approaches of this study are literature method,qualitative method and quantitative method.With parents and teachers as researching objects.Firstly,on the basis of literature analysis,this paper puts forward some idealized teacher role in home-school cooperation,like backer,listener,communicator,cooperator,planner,parents '-educator,teachers supervised by parents,teachers consulted parents.Secondly,taking the questionnaire results of the teachers and parents as the teacher-role status analysis foundation.Thirdly,taking the interview results of teachers and parents as the cause of the problem about the teacher role in home-school cooperation analysis foundation.Finally,giving some advice on playing a good teacher part in home-school cooperation.The study found that teachers have some problems about teacher-role in home-school cooperation,the first is teacher role ambiguity in home-school cooperation,the second is teacher role-conflict in home-school cooperation,the third is the incomplete teacher role of the home-school cooperation.The reason about those problems are various.At the society level,the impact of social culture changes on the idea of family-school cooperation,result in teachers role ambiguity in home-school cooperation;the teachers exorbitant high expectation from society result in teachers role-conflict in home-school cooperation;the society is failure to provide good environment and opportunities for teachers,result in the incomplete teachers role of the home-school cooperation.At the school level,Pre-service Training for teachers about home-school cooperation is deficient,result in teachers role ambiguity in home-school cooperation.Entering-profession education for teachers about home-school cooperation is deficient,result in teachers role ambiguity in home-school cooperation.Post-service education for teachers about home-school cooperation is deficient,result in teachers role ambiguity in home-school cooperation.In the different beneficial imbroglio between teachers result in teachers role-conflict in home-school cooperation.The system of teachers appraisal isn't perfect,result in the incomplete teachers role of the home-school cooperation.At the family level,The Concept of home-school cooperation is obsolescence,result in teachers role ambiguity in home-school cooperation;The parents' expectations of teachers are contradiction,result in teachers role-conflict in home-school cooperation;Deficiency of subjectivity of parents,result in the incomplete teachers role of the home-school cooperation.At the teachers level,Lacking of role's learning result in teachers role ambiguity in home-school cooperation;It is different between teachers expected roles and realistic roles result in teachers role-conflict in home-school cooperation;Teachers value intention of utility result in the incomplete teachers role of the home-school cooperation.It is obvious that the three problems solved depend on make great efforts to many aspects,such as society,school,family and teachers.Just like build a good society atmosphere for teachers role in home-school cooperation.Establishing the perfect system of school for promote teachers play a good part in home-school cooperation.Teachers play a good part in home-school cooperation depend on parents make a good communication with each others.Teachers play a good part in home-school cooperation depend on parents recognition that the main body in home-school cooperation are parents.Teachers have to foster an Ideal of Lifelong Education to promote teachers play a good part in home-school cooperation.
