The beginning of occupation, the first year of the teaching is teachers' induction. And as the beginning of socialization in teacher occupation, induction plays a key position in whole teachers' working career. However, the induction always is misery and failing for a green hand in teaching. And it is the year that it makes the feeling of frustration. The inexperience and unsuccessful induction is a big stone in the way for the teaching growing. The successful playing of teacher role is the first step for teachers' socialization and specialization. The role of identity in induction of the teachers' career is the core in the implement of role of teacher. The essence of role identity is the nationalization of sensibility in mind, attitude and cognition in teachers' role learning and playing. The role of identity in the part course of the role' grow make unified in the teachers' role and ego.On the basis of research accomplishments in related areas, the studies explored the conception of role identity and suggested the theoretical conception about the mechanism of role identity in teachers' induction in school. The essence of role learning is to transform from external behavior demands into individual's internal behavior needs and establish adjustment mechanism of role behavior. The identity of role is the key link of internalization and the core of role formation. By analyzing and synthesizing the research achievements in related areas, these studies hypothesized that the formation of role identity is the processes of learning and internalization of role. Role identity is a consciously regulatory mechanism of individual normal behavior and a unity of cognition, emotion and behavior. It is an integrative result of individual's cognitive, emotional and behavioral experience, and its essence is a convergence to role on thought and action.And the research make the demonstration of survey, show the actual thing of the teachers' role of identity. Its always show the trait of high attitude-hit cognize-low sensibility, criterion. In addition, three factors (the culture of school, good teachers and new teachers self) that advanced the identity of role in teachers' induction were explored. In the end, the research brings the advices for advancing the teachers' role of identity.
