Dialogue teaching in Elementary Education is a kind of more advanced Educational Philosophy,it well embodies the new concept of “student-centered” curriculum.Under the guidance of the concept of dialogue teaching,teachers can carry out the thought of "learning to teach" better.Dialogue teaching as a teaching model,in primary school classroom can be good with the integration of various disciplines,to stimulate students' desire to communicate,so as to improve the students' language ability and interpersonal skills.But in teaching practice,teachers are lack of the understanding and grasping of dialogue teaching.And in the process of teaching,there are also a variety of non-operational problem,teachers are lack of targeted teaching strategies to solve the problem.This article attempts to reveal and analyze these problems and put forward the strategies to solve these problems.And the dialogue teaching will be in the teaching practice of spreading.With this purpose,first the author sorted out the development of the dialogue teaching context by literature research,and defined the dialogue teaching concept.Next,as an English teacher,the author carried out classroom observation with the dialogue teaching group and put forward the main problems in the process of practice.Then,the author did case analysis for the problems.Finally,the author put forward the solution strategies in order to guide the conversation better.This article is divided into five parts: Part One: Introduction.This thesis is based on the theory of dialogue teaching as the background,it aims to analyze the existing problems and put forward countermeasures to solve the problems in the practice of dialogue teaching.In this research,we use literature research,classroom observation and case study.Part Two: Definition of concept and its theoretical basis.Dialogue teaching is based on the philosophy of dialogue,with the support of systemic functional linguistics as a kind of teaching mode under the guidance of constructivism learning theory.Dialogue teaching is in democracy and equality,respect and trust of the atmosphere,through mutual dialogue between teachers,students and texts,teachers and students experience sharing in the creation and teaching the meaning of knowledge,so as to promote mutual development between teachers and students and teaching form.Part Three: A survey on the implementation.The author selected three teachers of different seniority in Grade Five and used the observation scale of dialogue teaching to carry on the classroom observation.The author selected 6 different dimensions for data analysis and descriptive analysis.Part Four: Existing problems.For teachers,they lack the concept of dialogue teaching and dialogue teaching skills.The lack of the concept of dialogue teaching is the specific performance about the lack of equality,democracy and the lack of awareness of the spirit of dialogue.The lack of dialogue teaching skills is the specific performance about the lack of organization in the classroom,the art of regulation and scientific and rational evaluation measures.For students,on the one hand,students lack the ability to initiate dialogue and the ability to ask questions in class.On the other hand,the role of the students is wrong,it leads to lack of pre-class preparation;lack of cooperative learning in the class;lack of self-evaluation and mutual evaluation after class.Part Five: Problem solving strategies.They include the goal of the strategy,the topic design strategy,the situation of the creation of the strategy,organization and control strategy and evaluation strategy.Part Six: Concluding remarks.This section will review the significance of this study,the shortcomings and the future direction of efforts.The innovations of this articles are as follows: firstly,the relevant literature on the teaching strategies of primary school dialogue teaching is divided into three parts.Second,enrich the case of primary school English dialogue teaching.Third,enrich the evaluation strategies of primary school dialogue teaching.
