“Changing the implementation of the curriculum too much emphasis on the present status of accepting learning,rote learning and mechanical training.Students are encouraged to participate actively,willing to explore,diligent in their hands,cultivate their ability to collect and process information,acquire knowledge,analyze and solve problems and the ability to communicate and collaborate ”are the important part of the Outline for Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial),which raises new requirements for the development of classroom dialogue teaching.This puts forward new requirements for the development of classroom dialogue teaching.Dialogue teaching is based on listening and responding to each other in the course of classroom teaching,using comprehensive language and discussion in a dialogue form,and trying to solve the discourse practice of various problems in teaching.It plays an important role in achieving the transformation of teachers' teaching methods,students' learning methods and cultivating students' comprehensive ability in all aspects.Current study based on the questionnaire survey.Researcher entered the case study site(Q elementary school)for investigation and study,selecting different cases of the dialogue teaching in the primary school,then observations,interviews,in-depth descriptions and explanations were used to explore the problems of dialogue teaching in the primary schools.We found the following results:1.The teacher's belief in dialogue teaching has not been implemented;2.The teaching content lacks relevance;3.The dialogue teaching method fails to effectively promote the implementation of dialogue teaching.The specific performance is as follows: First,the teacher-student dialogue is dominated by teachers.Students respond passively.Second,students' participation in the dialogue between students and students is uneven.4.The dialogue teaching environment is not conducive to the implementation of dialogue teaching.The concrete manifestations are as follows: First,the form of classroom organization is not flexible.Second,information technology measures have failed to effectively promote the implementation of dialogue teaching.Based on the above problems,current study proposes effective strategies for promoting dialogue teaching in primary schools to in-depth dialogues from the following four levels:1.In the belief level of dialogue teaching,teachers' roles need to transfer from knowledge delivers to classroom organizers;2.In the contents level of dialogue teaching,teachers should actively generate dialogues based on the teaching content;3.In the methodological aspects of dialogue teaching,(1)teachers need return classes to students for give students a dominant position;(2)teachers need build heterogeneous groups to achieve complementary strengths;4.In the circumstance aspects of dialogue teaching,(1)teachers should be flexible to place classroom tables and chairs.(2)achieving in-depth dialogue in the flipping classroom.This study combines quantitative research with qualitative research and strives to explore the present status,problems in dialogue teaching in primary schools through mutual verification,and providing suggestions for achieve effective dialogue teaching in primary schools.At the same time,we also obtain the conclusion that dialogues are mutual and interrelated,and that equality is a dialogue between equals for the realization of the common vision of the learning community.The dialogue is teaching approach,and also are the need for dialogists to understand each other.
