In recent years,with the gradual progress of educational reform,the concept of quality education has been widely concerned.However,due to the long-term impact of examination-oriented education,there is a general lack of emotion in class management.Chinese teachers who work in the front line always bear the dual tasks of language teaching and class management.We should realize that teaching and class management are not fragmented,but complementary to each other.The absence of emotion in class management cannot be ignored,and the emotional education in Chinese teaching can effectively make up for this deficiency.Through the domestic and foreign related literature review and analysis,this article takes Chinese reading teaching in elementary schools as the breakthrough and discusses the influence to the class management from emotional education in depth.The research mainly adopts questionnaire survey and experimental education method,and it chooses two classes in Grade Five from Yi Jing Primary School as the experimental class and the control class.It takes the questionnaire,My Class,as a measure index of class management.The experimental class adopted the corresponding strategy of emotional education in the process of Chinese teaching for two months,and the control class adopted the traditional teaching method for the same teaching content.According to the experimental result,the experimental class had significant improvement on four dimensions,which are competition of class management,learning burden,peer relationship and teacher-student relationship,when compared to the control class both before and after the experiment.It shows that emotional education in Chinese teaching in primary schools can effectively improve all kinds of interpersonal relationship in the class,create nice atmosphere for competition,and improve the effectiveness of classmanagement.Based on the research,the author further analyzes the emotional education in the optimization of penetration in class management.
