In recent years, with the increasing enforcement of education reform, the concept of education with all-round development has been rooted in people's mind. But the students' resistance to study, blind pursuit of high EQ and the inefficiency of moral education show that our education now has been led to rationalism and somewhat partial from the right way.21st century witnesses world economy globalization and information technology, which shows us the inevitable trend of education, that is, emotional education.Emotional education is an old but also a new subject and should be given the new connotation in response to the rapid development of the society and newly emerging problems of students. According to the dialectic materialism, five kinds relationship between the individual and the world have been set, which are the relationships between the individual and the nature, the individual and the operation object, the individual and others, the individual and the society, the individual and selfhood. On basis of these relationships, the emotional education set up its own rule.As an young Chinese teacher of high school, even if her lack of experience to face students who are premature in body and mind, the writer gets highly recognition by the colleague, parents and students for her enthusiasm to the work and love to students. So, the writer would like to give her idea on the emotional education and finds its importance to the modern education. By analysis of the reason of emotional education ignorance, the difficulty of operation and the related result, the writer adopts a new teaching method in her class and gets success. The good result manifests that emotional education has profound meaning to promote teaching and to strengthen unity of whole class as well as the emotion between teachers and students.
