The Construction Of The Relationship Between Teachers And Students In Primary Schools Under The New Curriculum Reform

Our country at present is to carry out the largest ever of the elementary education curriculum reform,the new curriculum change fundamentally broken the traditional education mode,compared with the traditional teaching with the new great breakthrough and innovation.This is the inevitable developing trend of development of social culture and science education.The relationship between teachers and students as important factors in the education teaching process are also facing serious test.Build a new relationship between teachers and students is not only teaching the basis and premise of implementation and the curriculum reform,it is also an important content to carry out the new curriculum reform and the main task.If there is no fundamental nature change the relationship between teachers and students,there will be no real significance to carry out the new curricuum reform.The division of this thesis is divided into four chapters altogether.First chapter is the introduction part,elaborated the selected topic significance and the research of this paper,the necessity of the relationship between teachers and students,in terms of research were summarized from two aspects to carry on the analysis and summary,both at home and abroad.this paper introduces in detail the concrete research methods and research ideas.’Second part in Baicheng city of Jilin province under the ridge town primary school,for example,using questionnaire survey and interview method of combining the teachers,detailed analysis about the present situation of primary school relationship between teachers and students in our school,find out the primary school teachers to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students feel uncomfortable reason,analysis of the new curriculum reform in the elementary school teachers face new requirements,high standards of many teachers thought ill-prepared,lead to not adapt to the concept of education,teachers’ cultural quality and education pattern behind relatively prominent problem.Chapter three elementary principles of the construction of the relationship between teachers and students under the new curriculum reform,this chapter mainly introduces the new curriculum reform background,the relationship between teachers and students of the role of teachers and students,from multi-angle analysis of teachers role conversion.Secondly introduce the construction principles of the new relationship between teachers and students,from the unity of the subject and dominant,and the relation between love and strict,democracy and equality and meet the individual needs of students determine the principle of the construction of the new relationship between teachers and studentsThe fourth part mainly introduces the construction of primary school teachers and students relations theory support and practice strategy research,to construct the theory of the relationship between teachers and students,mainly studies the communicative teaching theory,multiple education theory,humanism theory and harmonious so.According to the actual circumstance of our university within the classroom and outside classroom two parts to carry out the construction of the new relationship between teachers and students strategy,mainly adopts interaction within the classroom teaching and the use of teaching tact is given priority to,outside of the classroom mainly take home visits and construction means of psychological counseling for the relationship between teachers and students.
