With a new round of basic education reform, the relationship between teachers and students is profoundly changed. The new curriculum reform,which change the reform of traditional adverse relationship between teachers and students into a new harmonious relationship between teachers and students, has increasingly become the consensus of the people. It is widely known that the relationship between teachers and students throughout the whole teaching process from beginning to end, so the harmonious relationship between teachers and students not only plays an important role in the development of both teachers and students but also helps the teaching goes smoothly .Under the direction of new curriculum concept, the relationship between teachers and students are reexamined in this paper, mainly introduces the concept and the connotation of the relationship between teachers and students, and simply combings what the harmonious theory to be; This paper elaborates the concept of new curriculum and points out the special relationship between teachers and students that under the background of new course reform ; Through questionnaire analysis the current situation and existence problem of teachers and students in middle schools .In this background we put forward the principle of how to construct the harmonious relationship between teachers and students and the methods of that harmonious way.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part introduces the background of the selected topic and the research significance. We make a brief introduction about the research status of the relationship between teachers and students and analysis the method of this paper. .The second part mainly expounds the concept of the relationship between teachers and students and connotation of harmonious theory, and has simply combinged what the harmonious theory to be.The third part mainly expounds the idea of the new curriculum and points out the special relationship between teachers and students that under the background of new course reform of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Discussing the features and functions of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. The fourth part write "The teacher-student relationship questionnaire" and according to the questionnaire we make a series of statistics calculation and analysis. Revealing the current situation of middle school teachers and students relations. We realize the analysis of existing problems and reasons. Through the questionnaire surveys of the students and interviews of teachers, both of them are expected to establish a democracy, equality, mutual aid and harmonious relationship between teachers and students.The fifth part on the basis of investigation and analysis we put forward the principle of the construction of harmonious relationship between teachers and students, the principle of democracy, equality, respect for the principle, principle of caring, appreciate principles, understanding and tolerance principle in details, and discusses some specific ways of construction, such as the change of education ideas, improving teachers' quality, the initiative into the students, in-depth communication, teaching reform, construct a relaxed and harmonious teaching atmosphere.
