The new turn of curriculum reform which our country have tried out in June,2001 has already comprehensively unfolds and is entering the substantive stage. This new curriculum reforms to the school life impact is omni-directional, and it has brought the school life brand-new change, also is summoning the new relationship between teachers and students. The new curriculum system in the curriculum goals such as the curriculum content, the curriculum implements, curriculum appraisal and so on emphasize humanist. The new curriculum idea has had the new teaching way.at the same time, The new teaching way requests to establish one kind of new teachers and students relations inevitably. This article begins from the background of the curriculum reforms, pays attention to the new relationship between teachers and students in the new curriculum, in order to rich the theory research abour the new relationship between teachers and students.The thesis includes five parts. The first part elaborated the new curriculum teaching idea; The second part analyzed and elaborated the challenges which the traditional relationship between teachers and students have faced; The third part elaborated the basic theory of construction about the relationship between teachers and students under the new curriculum; The fourth part is the important part of this thesis.It elaborated how to construct the relationship between teachers and students under the new curriculum background; The last part proposed the questions and anticipation which will exist in the construction of the relationship between teachers and students.
