Content:The relationship between teachers and students are the most important and fundamental relationship,which is the interpersonal relationship in vocational high schools. Both teachers and students maintain the existence of "teaching" and "learning" by the teacher-student relationship, to encourage the development of "teaching" and "learning", and close contact and direct interaction between teachers and students in the plenty of teaching process. The relationship between teachers and students are close and estrangement, either close or estrangement is the major influence to students’ ideological, moral, emotional, psychological learning and development. It is necessary to pay more attention to the relationship between teachers and students in vocational high schools.Students enrolled in vocational high schools is a special group, they have the same feature of high school students, and the special characteristics of vocational high school students:the study basis is poor, the basic quality is lack, no better behavior, have short of academic performance and psychological problems. Therefore, social and teachers are often regard the students as poor students, who generally have short of behavior and learning. Because of the social and teachers discrimination and the inferiority of the vocational high school students, vocational high school teachers and students relationship exist many problems, thereby the form of the normal teacher-student relationship is infuenced, also affect the development of students. So the question is how to resolve the relationship between teachers and students in vocational high schools, to build a harmonious relationship is significant for promoting the development of vocational education and training objectives of the vocational high schools.Based on the considerring of the significance of current situation of the relationship between teachers and students in vocational high school and the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship, according to author’s experience and feeling in occupation high school practice for nearly a year, under the background of the basic education curriculum reform, combined with the practical implementation of the new curriculum, to research on the theory and practice of construction on the harmonious relationship between teachers and students of the vocational high school, and discussed how to construct the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in vocational high school, put forward the countermeasures.The text are mainly about the followings:first, concept and demands based on the new curriculum education on teacher-student relationship; second, significance of constructing harmonious teacher-student relationship in occupation high school under the new curriculum background;third, the relationship between teachers and students of occupation; forth, factors influencing vocational high school teachers and students relations; fifth, countermeasures to construct a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in vocational high school.
