In this article to study the core of the problem is: through the field survey estimates the rural cadastral cost of female college students personal education and personal benefits, and using the net present value method and the present value index method to rural cadastral female college students personal cost benefit analysis, the corresponding conclusion, and the current our country rural girl by the problem of low rate of education was analyzed and the suggestion.This article through to Shan Xi Normal University, the free normal (female) 600 samples were investigated to obtain sample data, the data is the foundation of this paper for further analysis. Directly by the female college students to work out the rural cadastral data personal total cost four years with an average of 131637.91 yuan personal education.Level 2012 rural cadastral female college students personal lifetime earnings discount of 2567005.70 yuan, personal net income discount is 2435367.79 yuan. Through the net present value index method measured the value of NPV is 2435367.79, far greater than zero, obtained by the present value index method of PI value of 19.50, is greater than 1.Both approaches to the same conclusion, namely rural cadastral female college students of higher education investment income is considerable, the investment of higher education is the rational choice.And has high investment value and revenue of higher education should cause the attention of the rural households, should let the girl to accept higher education actively, realize the girl accept higher education are of great value.In this article, through empirical research to the following conclusion:rural cadastral female college students' choice of higher education investment is a rational choice, the rural cadastral girl accept higher education yield and rate of return is higher, while the education investment cycle is long, but the final payoff is considerable, invisible income for educatees of receiving higher education influence the future life is enormous. Both in family, school, state and society should be given attention, take positive measures to improve rural girl rate of higher education by education.
