Art education can make students build the ability of appreciation of beauty and innovation, the correct values and noble ideological quality, and promote the comprehensive development of all aspects of the student. The training of learning motivation can promote students' enthusiasm for learning in the process of art education, so that students have a strong intrinsic motivation and desire to learn. By doing so to achieve the ultimate goal of art education. Students' art learning motivation is the key to the implementation of art education and the project of "Art Curriculum Standards" all the time. Many domestic and foreign experts, scholars and art teachers who are in the forefront of teaching in art started learning motivation of art learning in recent years,motivation stimulating is crucial to the teaching. How to mobilize the initiative of student learning is also cared by the art educator. However, students'motivation as a dynamic psychological process is often overlooked by educator in practical art teaching. In this article, the previous research findings and the fine arts, psychology as a basic theoretical foundation, combining with my understanding of high school art teaching practice, research on high school fine arts teaching and stimulate the building of student's learning motivation. Art Subject is skillful, has its own characteristics. How to stimulate students' motivation in the art teaching is also a new field need to long-term practice and summary.In this article, on the one hand from "the current high school students' learning motivation in what degree" and "the main reasons for the formation of this degree" etc., we further analyzed the main problems and the reasons of learning motivation affect high school students' art learning. On the other hand, guided by the education psychology related theory, combined with other learning motivation theory and some teaching cases, from three aspects:students, teachers, school, explore the strategies and methods effectively stimulate the students' motivation of art learning.This article is divided into three parts, the first part is the introduction section. We integrated the related research of art learning motivation of domestic and foreign art research and discussed the importance of the motivation of learning in art teaching. The second part is the first chapter. We investigated the students' art learning motivation in current educational background and analyzed the factors affecting students' art learning motivation. The third part is the second chapter to the fourth. Respectively, from the student's own factors, the process of education of teachers, scholastic teaching management these three aspects, combined with the actual situation of high school teaching, we stated the psychological factors that might influence students. From various aspects, we stated measures and methods that specifically used in high school art teaching to stimulate learners' motivation.
