Motivation can push people to participate in some activities actively, drive people to movetorwards one direction in order to achieve a certain goal. Motivation can make certain behavior onset, canmake individualsturn from inactivity to active, can improve the enthusiastics of individuals. Motivation isable to adjust something and control the action which has been caused. Motivation plays an important rolein the process of people’s lives, work and scholar.With the development of the society the progress of science and technology, economic strength isgrowing in China, the productivity has been greatly improved, in order to meet the new centurycontinuously meet new opportunities and new challenges, education, which is the basis for personneltraining and scientific and technological progress, must carry out comprehensive reform from multipleperspectives. The new curriculum reform provide a solid theoretical foundation and practice basis for theinnovation of the current status of education in our country. Although the purpose of the new curriculumreform is quite clear, fixed mode of education and teaching ideas still hobbling the teachers,even thoughour country education after one thousand years. In the economically backward areas, education presentsituation is not optimistic. The results of the new curriculum reform is very indifferent more than this sixyears, although some schools in the education teaching are changed. As a young generation of the newteacher has the responsibility to contribute to the reform of the national education. In order to make thequality education penetration in all aspects of the education teaching, our teachers must use a moreeffective way to achieve this purpose. Under the new curriculum reform in the guiding ideology.In order to following current trend of teaching reform, a subject that how dose an effectiveteaching method and strategy can concerned every teacher. under the historical background of Chineseschool. the text give an comprehensive and all-dimensional vision on, In this article, through the historicalbackground, the current education of our country education teaching present situation, the purpose of theeducation reform such as all-round multi-angle analysis, and the new curriculum reform to the requirementof high school biology teaching summed up a variety of stimulate students interest in learning and improvestudents’ learning motivation method. First of all, According to the specific requirements of the new curriculum reform and the newcurriculum standard of specific guidance, In combination with the characteristics of the high school biologycourse, list of methods to stimulate students learning motivation and strategy. Such as heuristic teachingstrategy, encourage teaching strategy, competition teaching strategy, cooperative teaching strategy andexploratory teaching strategy. Through research on the learning theory which is the basis of the differentstrategies and biology classroom teaching content, Analysis the feasibility of teaching strategies tostimulate students learning motivation.Second, through the use heuristic teaching, encourage teaching, competition teaching,cooperative teaching and exploratory teaching strategy in the classroom, make a study on biologicalteaching. Using the method of observation, questionnaire investigation, and quizzes, to explore the teachingtactics in the real teaching results.In the end, we analyze and summarize the result of the teaching strategies which are used incurrent educational situation. in addition, we give some feasible suggestion and look ahead.
