Since the 21 st century,great changes have taken place in science and technology,and knowledge has been updated more and more rapidly.In this information age with knowledge as the core,it puts forward new ideas for students' learning and new models for teachers' teaching.At present,the basic education reform carried out by the state fully meets the requirements of the development of the times.The new curriculum reform puts forward that "the basic education should meet the needs of every student's lifelong development and cultivate the students' lifelong learning desire and ability".Therefore,as a teacher,we should try to guide students to understand the core requirements of the new curriculum reform for students,understand the current situation of students' learning motivation in daily teaching,and put forward effective strategies to stimulate students' learning motivation,so as to improve students' learning motivation to a certain extent,and gradually change students' learning from passive to active,So that they can continue to maintain the enthusiasm of learning,so that students really have the desire and ability of lifelong learning.Based on the theory of motivation,this paper designs a questionnaire for the current situation of physical learning motivation,and carries out a questionnaire survey on different students in the third middle school of Datong City,and obtains the current situation of learning motivation of students in this school.Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey data,this paper explores the relationship between physical learning motivation and physical teaching.Combining the results of the questionnaire survey and the author's many years of front-line teaching experience,this paper puts forward strategies to stimulate high school students' physical learning motivation,hoping that the strategies can provide some reference for the daily teaching of front-line physics teachers.This paper mainly from the internal driving force factors and self-regulation factors that affect the formation of students' learning motivation to set up a questionnaire,to my third high school in Datong City,senior one,senior two,senior three students in different stages of the questionnaire survey,to further understand the current situation of students' learning motivation.The author analyzed the data of the questionnaire from three aspects: gender,family economic condition and grade.The results show that:(1)the self-confidence of boys is stronger than that of girls,and they are willing to challenge some problems,so that they can be recognized by others;the self-esteem of girls is stronger,and they are often afraid to behave because they are afraid of making mistakes,but girls are generally more obedient and willing to accept the teacher's instruction.(2)Students' family conditions also have a certain impact on their learning motivation.Compared with students with poor family conditions,students with good family conditions have stronger learning motivation and self-confidence.(3)Students in different grades have different motivation in different stages.Among them,the first grade students have the lowest cognitive driving force,the second grade students have the highest self-improvement driving force,and the third grade students have the lowest self-efficacy.(4)Every student is eager to get the teacher's concern and praise.Timely and targeted praise can effectively improve students' learning motivation.Through statistical data and analysis results,combining them with the author's daily teaching practice,the author puts forward a series of strategies to stimulate physical learning motivation from two aspects of internal driving factors and self-regulation factors.At the same time,for the students with different gender,grade and family conditions,the paper puts forward different strategies to stimulate physical motivation.It mainly includes:(1)actively create cognitive contradictions,which arouse students' curiosity.(2)The content of the class is closely related to life,and students' habit of using physical knowledge to explain life phenomena is cultivated.(3)Make full use of experimental equipment and daily necessities,and let students actively participate in the experimental exploration.(4)Inspire students to set reasonable goals and maintain their interest in learning.(5)Initiate cooperative classroom learning mode and cultivate students' sense of collective unity.(6)Enrich teaching skills and improve students' participation in class.(7)Take the initiative to build emotion and exchange sincerity for trust.(8)Contact parents from time to time to establish a harmonious and upward family atmosphere.(9)More positive encouragement and less negative reprimand.(10)Pay attention to the teaching of "physical model".(11)Reasonably arrange the learning tasks inside and outside the classroom.(12)Give feedback and evaluation in time.(13)Help students to form attribution habit.(14)Guide students to make correct attribution.Finally,teachers should strengthen their own teaching level,be good at finding every student's flash point,so that students can often experience the fun of physics learning.Only when the strategies can be implemented in daily teaching,the students' sense of inquiry and interest in learning can be cultivated,and their core quality can be improved,so as to finally cultivate high-quality talents for the society.
