Since the end of 2019,the COVID-19 has hit the world,seriously affecting international Chinese language education and teaching.As a result,online Chinese language teaching has become a normalized teaching method.In online intermediate Chinese oral teaching,situational teaching method is used to guide students to naturally grasp the rules of Chinese oral communication in real contexts,and flexibly apply the learned oral skills to daily communication.This article takes the teaching case of the author during the internship as an example to provide specific teaching design for the first lesson of "Developing Chinese(Second Edition)Intermediate Spoken English I".Among them,the author decomposed the new words,grammar points,text,and signature sentences,and designed the specific teaching content for five class hours using scenarios such as pictures,videos,and games.The situational teaching method was fully used in special exercises,topic discussions,and other links,and the teaching design achieved good results in practice.From this,it can be seen that the combination of situational teaching method and online resources provides rich teaching materials for Chinese oral classes.In the final chapter of this article,a reflection is given on the teaching case,and suggestions are proposed to prepare students and control the number of cultural elements based on the shortcomings,in order to provide good suggestions for teachers participating in online Chinese oral teaching.
