Career decision-making self-efficacy is the degree of confidence in the ability of individuals to complete career choices. It can affect individual’s career choices and development.This paper consists of two studies. In study one, I discussed from the individual and collective perspectives to explore the influence of interpersonal relatedness perso-nality trait and collective contributions to career efficacy on career decision- making self-efficacy. At the same time, I explored collective contributions to career efficacy’s mediate role of the forecasting process interpersonal relatedness in career decisionmaking self-efficacy. Use the cross-cultural(Chinese) personality assessment invent-ory adolescent version(CPAI-A) and the collective contributions to career efficacy(CCCE) which were developed by Cheung, and her collaborators. Use them to evalua-te the high school students’ interpersonal relatedness and their collective contribution-s to career efficacy. The career decision-making self-efficacy short-version(CDSESF) was revised by Taylor and Betz. Use it to evaluate the high school students’ career decision-making self-efficacy. The study sample consisted of 832 senior high school students. They came from Hongkong, Shanghai and Zhejiang province.The statistical analysis indicated that interpersonal relatedness could positively predict high school students’ collective contributions to career efficacy. Interpersonal relatedness and high school students’ collective contributions to career efficacy could positively predict high school students’ career decision-making self-efficacy. Collectiv-e contributions to career efficacy had a mediate role of the forecasting process interpe-rsonal relatedness in career decision-making self-efficacy.In order to further analysis and understanding the research results, improve its rel-iability and practical significance. The author completed the study two. In study two, I interviewed with 10 senior high school students which came from Shandong provinc-e, Shanghai, Jiangsu province, Zhejiang province, Anhui province. I knew that the factors that affect individuals’ career decisions. The students their own ability, teacher-s’ help, parents’ help and classmates’ /friends’ help affected individuals’ career decisions.Comprehensive study one and study two, the results were as follows:Interpersonal relatedness could positively predict high school students’ collective contributions to career efficacy. Interpersonal relatedness could positively predict high school students’ career decision-making self-efficacy.
