With the rapid development of the TCSL career, and the advancement of educational technology and network in the new era, more and more global Chinese learners are using APPS for Chinese learning. At the same time, the theoretical researches related to learning APPS are also developing. Within the theories of mobile learning, the concept of seamless-learning can reflect the combination of learning equipment, learners and learning methods in mobile learning in a better way. Through the further study on the concept of seamless-learning, it is good for the further study and the development of TCSL. The main study ideas are as follows:First of all, based on the concept of seamless learning and the adaptation analyze of Chinese APP, we developed a framework of Chinese learning APP comparison based on the concept of seamless learning, which includes four dimensions and 16 items. According to the comparative framework, we compared and analyzed the certain five Chinese learning APPs. Through the quantitative score, we can find that at least two items need to be further improved in each APP. In the horizontal comparison, the function of the interaction between teachers and students, classroom assistance and other aspects of the current mainstream Chinese learning APP is missing.Then, the research aimed at foreign students and Chinese teachers. Through a questionnaire survey of students, we studied their suggestions in three aspects for the APP attitude in the seamless learning in the concept of reason, and in the use of feedback, and through interviews to understand the foreign language teachers for seamless learning and Chinese learning attitude, prospects and suggestions APP. Through investigation and interview,we learned that the students generally use one or two APPs to learn Chinese, but in terms of usage frequency and depth is still relatively low, mostly in writing Chinese characters' query, the pronunciation of the new words and other primary function. The main reason for this phenomenon is partly due to the current Chinese learning APP function is not sufficient to meet the learning needs of students, the other part is that students' motivation of using APPs is not strong,the APPs need to be updated.After that, we analyzed the characteristics and shortcomings of the current mainstream Chinese learning, discussed the relationship between the APP, foreign students and teachers, and put forward some suggestions for the future development and improvement of the APP. We think that the future of the Chinese learning APP should pay attention to teachers and learners, improve the interaction between learners and teachers,increase the personalized learning function, improve the learning resources, to make it more interesting to attract more students to use APP, and improve the efficiency of learning.Finally, we designed an ideal Chinese learning APP structure model in the two aspects of function and content which aims to provide a useful example for the development of Chinese learning APPs, and we hope our study could help Chinese learning APP a better development in the new era of technology.
