Mobile learning is a new learning method bred in the era of information technology,which shows great vitality.It has begun to take shape in Learning Chinese as a Second Language,a considerable number of learners use Apps to learn Chinese vocabulary by themselves,and the software developers have also paid attention to this business opportunity.For the moment,the number of Apps for Chinese vocabulary learning is obviously oversupplied,but the quality is:in short supply.Therefore,it is urgent to systematically analyze Apps for Chinese vocabulary learning in the market so as to achieve a qualitative leap.This paper takes 192 Apps for Chinese Vocabulary Learning on iOS as the research object,carries on the statistical classification and the present situation analysis.Refering to the mobile learning App evaluation index system framework proposed by Zhang Yi,Zhu Qi and Li Meng,focuses on the evaluation and analysis of 20 mainstream Apps for Chinese vocabulary learning,summarizes their advantages and disadvantages in generality and individuality.It conducts questionnaire and interview surveys among overseas students of 2018 Critical Language Scholarship Program and Soochow University to study the use of Apps for Chinese vocabulary learning,and puts forward suggestions on optimizing Apps for Chinese vocabulary learning on this basis.
