Against the backdrop of economic globalization, the craze for Chinese language grows in tandem with China's rapid economic development, more and more people starting learning Chinese. The process of language learning includes listening, speaking, reading and writing. With listening holding the very first place, its importance is self-evident. While learning a second language, students will experience various stages, each stage focusing on a different problem. On the basis of the author's teaching experience, this paper studies the enlightenment of students' feedback on elementary listening classes to teaching practice. Teaching is a process of interaction between teachers and students, and so students' feedback is particularly important for the teaching practice. It can help teachers make timely correction to their teaching methods, thus contributing to higher teaching efficiency. For the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of elementary listening teaching, the author collected students' feedback. And through the collation and analysis of the pronunciation part and the short dialogue part, the author found some teaching problems as well as some students' learning problems. At the same time, the corresponding solutions were put forward in this paper to provide some guidance for elementary listening teaching practice.This paper mainly consists of four parts:Chapter one reviews the background and significance of study, the status of study, the object of study and the method adopted in this study etc.Chapter two makes a brief collation and analysis of students' feedback. The students' feedback is mainly achieved by the class assignments and examinations. So this paper makes an analysis of students' class assignments and examination papers focusing on the pronunciation part and short dialogue part to achieve a basic knowledge of students' learning results.Chapter three reveals the effects students' feedback has on elementary listening teaching practice. Through the analysis of students' class assignment and examination papers in chapter two, the author summarizes the causes of the mistakes students usually make during the process of learning. Form the perspective of students, the author makes some adjustment to the elementary listening teaching and the main methods include improving students' listening ability, optimizing teaching methods and selecting for proper listening materials.Chapter four expounds the enlightenment of students' feedback to teachers' preparation for the elementary listening class. Based on students' feedback, the author finds that some problems can be avoided while preparing for the class. And concerning the key problems repeatedly pointed out by students, if a full preparation is made, the efficiency of teaching in class will increase greatly, and the number of problems during learning will decrease accordingly.
