From the perspective of language learning, only understand others say, to carry out communication. Did not understand each other, then communication will not proceed. Therefore, to improve the ability of communication, we must first improve the hearing level.Chinese foreign teaching, how to improve students’ listening level, is a critical issue. Especially in the primary education phase should lay the foundation. The paper, based on the results of previous studies, in order to "you’d better quit it," instructional design, for example, by comparing the analysis and classroom observation, the status of teaching Chinese as a Foreign Elementary Listening been explored, and the needle problems that exist in the proposed corresponding solutions.Thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, discusses the purpose of study Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Elementary Listening, significance, methods, and an overview, the second part describes the basic theory of the first phase of the hearing teaching classes, methods and models. The third part describes the primary Listening Teaching Chinese as a Foreign design analysis teaching. The fourth part is a specific case as an example of instructional design. The fifth part is listening skills training as a summary and reflection.
