The Clinical Efficacy Of Saponin In The Treatment Of Head Seborrheic Dermatitis (damp Heat Syndrome)

Objective:Head seborrheic dermatitis is a common clinical skin disease,its etiology is complex,with itching,recurrent characteristics,the quality of life of patients has a great impact.This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of topical application of Zaobai Wash on head seborrheic dermatitis(damp-heat syndrome),to provide higher-grade evidence for the curative effect and safety of Zaobai Wash on seborrheic dermatitis in the head,to provide effective and effective prescription and clinical application of Chinese medicine therapy for head seborrheic dermatitis(damp-heat syndrome).Method:Sixty subjects who met the diagnostic criteria of head seborrheic dermatitis(Damp-heat syndrome)were divided into two groups according to the 1:1 random number table by Excel,and then randomized controlled study.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Zaobai Wash(Professor Duan Xingwu's prescription side and Dongzhimen Hospital herbal medicine room)for 15 minutes every other day.The control group was given selenium disulfide lotion(Jiangsu Tianhe Di-Sino Pharmaceutical Co,Ltd.)every other day,Each 15minn;Two groups of patients with the same method of internal administration,are used Professor Duanxingwu experience square,2 times a day,morning and evening blunt.In the first visit,2 weeks,4 weeks to observe and record the patient's condition.Result:The 56 study subjects,regardless of group statistics,a total of 24 males and 32 females,with a total average age of 30.80± 9.237 years,of which the highest prevalence of age range 18 to 39 years old,accounting for the total 82%,The lowest prevalence of the age of 50-65 years old,a total of 3 accounted for 5.35%of the total;The shortest course of disease 1 month,up to 11 years.After 4 weeks of treatment,the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 85.19%in the treatment group,and the total effective rate in the control group was 72.41%;Among them,the improvement of scales and pruritus treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zaobai Wash,for head seborrheic dermatitis(damp-heat syndrome)lesions and clinical symptoms have the exact effect,and no significant adverse reactions.Application of Zaobai Wash external washing head seborrheic dermatitis(damp-heat syndrome)is feasible.
