This thesis expounds efficacy comparison between two kinds of acupuncture methods treat CAG(chronic atrophic gastritis).Document SummaryThis paper manifests the pathogenesis and etiopathogenisis of the chronic atrophic gastritis systematically by analyzing the Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine documents and analyzes them according to the system differentiation.The document summary also contains zuoyin-youyang theory's source and theoretical basis,and explains the application principles of this theory in details.Clinical ObservationThe main purpose of this project is to investigate the contrast effect between the zuoyin-youyang acupuncture method and conventional acupuncture method to treat chronic atrophic gastritis.ObjectivesIn the clinical part,using the zuoyin-youyang acupuncture method to treat chronic atrophic gastritis and compare with the conventional acupuncture method.Investigate effects and merits of the zuoyinyouyang acupuncture method,in order to offer a new mentality to observe the chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods30 CAG patients who are conform to the diagnostic criteria divided into two groups randomly.There were both 15 cases in the treatment group and the control group,The treatment group was using zuoyin-youyang acupuncture method,while the control group was using conventional method.Both before and after the treatment,collecting and comparing the state of patient's meridians.then using the statistics method,analyzing the two groups' effects dates and the changes in the symptoms,gastrocopy expression,pathologic lesion including H.pylor,activity chronic inflammation,gastric gland atrophy,Intestinal metaplasia,Dysplasia.The results showed the total effective rate of the treatment group were 80.00%,and the control group were 73.33%.Statistical analysis showed that there was not significant different on total effective rate of two groups(P>0.05).However,through the non-parametric test,there is a highly significant difference on the frequency of receiving acupuncture in the two groups,which means the frequent of receiving acupuncture in the treatment group for achieving effective criteria is much less than the control group.ConclusionBoth the therapies of treatment group and control group can ameliorate the symptoms such as stomachache,anorexia,loose stool,adynamia,improve gastroscopy expression,reverse pathologic lesion.
