| Objective: This topic chooses the method of combining host and guest with collaterals to treat chronic non-atrophic gastritis of disharmony between liver and stomach.Through observing its clinical curative effect,it provides some evidence-based medical evidence for clinical acupuncture treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis,and provides another way of selecting acupoints with needles for clinical treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis of disharmony between liver and stomach.Methods: Study of chronic non atrophic gastritis related literature and clinical data,on the basis of other excellent clinical research,according to the actual situation,formulate a more scientific research methods.A total of 60 eligible subjects were collected from clinical cases and randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by oral Esomeprazole alone,while the treatment group was treated by acupuncturing with host-guest original collateral acupoints.Before and after treatment,the two groups were evaluated by TCM symptom scale and pathological improvement of gastric mucosal inflammation.Statistical analysis of the collected data was carried out to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result:1.Before treatment,the two groups of patients in general information,TCM symptom score,gastric mucosal inflammation pathological statistics were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),with comparability.2.Comparison of curative effect of TCM clinical symptoms before and after treatment between the two groups: the total effective rate of Acupuncturing treatment group with host-guest original collateral plus Acupoint method was 90%;the total effective rate of the control group with oral Esomeprazole alone was 70%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of host-guest original collateral plus Acupoint method on chronic non-atrophic gastritis with disharmony between liver and stomach was better than that of oral Esomeprazole alone.3.Comparing the degree of histopathological improvement of gastric mucosal inflammation before and after treatment between the two groups: the total effective rate was 86.67% in the host-guest-source-collateral acupoint matching therapy group and 73.33% in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups for the improvement of pathology and histology of active inflammation was 100%.Statistical analysis showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).It showed that the treatment of both groups could improve gastric mucosal inflammation.Among them,the acupoint matching method of host-guest origin collaterals was superior to that of Western medicine alone in alleviating chronic inflammation,while for the treatment of active inflammation,the two groups were more effective.The fruit is quite good.4.Safety analysis: The routine blood,urine and feces,liver and kidney functions were normal during the treatment,which indicated that the two groups were safe.Conclusion: The improvement of clinical symptoms of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with liver-stomach disharmony treated by the combination of host and guest channels and acupoints is different between the acupuncture treatment group and the simple western medicine group.The improvement of TCM symptoms in the acupuncture treatment group is better than that in the simple western medicine group.In alleviating the inflammation of gastric mucosa,both groups can improve the inflammation of gastric mucosa,and the improvement of chronic inflammation in the acupuncture treatment group is better than that in the simple western medicine More obvious. |
