Observing The Clinical Curative Effect Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treated With Huazhuojiedu Formulae Combined With Acupuncture

Objective:Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) is a disease of the digestivesystem which is common,frequently-occurring and one of theNanZhiBing.CAG belongs to the stomach lesion before.CAG is treatedactivelyinorder to block the cancer development which causes the people'smore and more attention.At present the cause,the diagnosis and the treatmentof this disease are still not fully understood.Western medicine have nospecifictreatments to treat CAG.The CAG treated with HuaZhuoJieDu formulae hadSatisfactory clinical curative effect.This research attemptsto combine thetraditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture,and searchfor HuaZhuoJieDuacupuncture treatment.By observing the clinical curativeeffect of CAG treatedwith HuaZhuoJieDu formulae combined with acupuncture,in order to evaluateeffect of chronic atrophic gastritis treated with HuaZhuoJieDu formulaecombined with acupuncture,and to search forpractical strong and more exactmethod of treating CAG.Method:120patients diagnosed by gastroscopy came from clinic andhospital were randomly divided into acupuncture group,combination of Chinese medicine and acupuncture group and medicine group.The acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture.Main points:Zhongwan, Tianshu,Neiguan,Neiting,Zusanli,and Sanyinjiao.Chinese traditional medicine groupwas simply treated with HuaZhuoJieDu formulae.The acupuncture groupwere treated with acupuncture.Main points:Zhongwan,Tianshu,Neiguan,Neiting,Zusanli,and sanyinjiao.Combination of Chinese medicine andacupuncture group was given acupuncture treatment and at the same time wastreated with HuaZhuoJieDu formulae.All were treated for6months.Afterthetreatment,symptoms curative effect and the score,upper observation,pathol ogical curative effect and Hp eradication rate were compared.Result:From symptoms curative effect and the score,upperobservation,pathological curative effect,Hp eradication rate indicators of threegroup,combination of Chinese medicine and acupuncture group was higherthan the acupuncture group and the Chinese traditional medicine group.1Integrated clinical curative effect:the acupuncture group total effectivenesswas72.5%.The total effective rate of Chinese traditional medicine group was80.5%.The total effective rate of combination of Chinese medicine andacupuncture group was95.0%.Compared with acupuncture group,thecombination of Chinese medicine and acupuncture group's total effectivenesshad significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with Chinese traditionalmedicine group,the combination of Chinese medicine and acupuncture group'stotal effectiveness had significant difference(P<0.05).The combination ofChinese medicine and acupuncture group's clinical curative effect wasobviously superior to traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group.2Symptoms curative effect and the integral: after treatment,the symptoms ofthree group was improved,there had a statistically significant(P<0.05).2.1.1After treating for one month,the total effective rate of acupuncture groupwas45.0%;the total effective rate of Chinese traditional medicine group was52.5%;the total effective rate of combination of Chinese medicine andacupuncture group was75.0%.Compared with acupuncture group,the totaleffectiveness of combination of Chinese medicine and acupuncture group hadsignificant difference(P<0.05).Compared with Chinese traditional medicinegroup,the combination of Chinese medicine and acupuncture group's totaleffectiveness had significant difference(P<0.05).The combination of Chinesemedicine and acupuncture group's Symptoms curative effect was obviouslysuperior to traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group.(P<0.05).2.1.2After treating for three months,the total effective rate of acupuncturegroup was60%;the total effective rate of Chinese traditional medicine groupwas67.5%;the total effective rate of combination of Chinese medicine andacupuncture group was87.5%.Compared with acupuncture group,the total effectiveness of combination of Chinese medicine and acupuncture grouphadsignificant difference(P<0.05).Compared with Chinese traditional medicinegroup,the combination of Chinese medicine and acupuncture group's totaleffectiveness had significant difference(P<0.05).The combination of Chinesemedicine and acupuncture group's Symptoms curative effect was obviouslysuperior to traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group.(P<0.05).2.1.3After treating for six months,the total effective rate of acupuncture groupwas75.0%;the total effective rate of Chinese traditional medicine group was80.0%;the total effective rate of combination of Chinese medicine andacupuncture group was95.0%.Compared with acupuncture group,the totaleffectiveness of combination of Chinese medicine and acupuncture group hadsignificant difference(P<0.05).Compared with Chinese traditional medicinegroup,the combination of Chinese medicine and acupuncture group's totaleffectiveness had significant difference(P<0.05).The combination of Chinesemedicine and acupuncture group's Symptoms curative effect was obviouslysuperior to traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group.(P<0.05).2.2According to the score judgment of curative effect of the evaluationstandard of symptoms, symptom scores of three groups before and afterthe treatment had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with Chinese traditional medicine group,the combination ofChinese medicine and acupuncture group's total effectiveness had significantdifference(P<0.05).The combination of Chinese medicine and acupuncturegroup's symptoms curative effect was obviously superior to traditionalChinese medicine and acupuncture group(P<0.05).3Gastroscope curative effect: before and after the treatment,the change ofendoscopy of three groups had statistically significant(P<0.05);Combinationof Chinese medicine and acupuncture group was compared with acupuncturegroup and Chinese traditional medicine group,there had no significantdifference(P>0.05).4the pathological improve:the pathological improve of three groups hadstatistically significant before and after the treatment(P<0.05).Combination of Chinese medicine and acupuncture group compared with acupuncture groupand Chinese traditional medicine group had no significant difference(P>0.05).5Hp eradication rate:the Hp eradication rate of combination of Chinesemedicine and acupuncture group was obviously better than traditional Chinesemedicine and acupuncture group,there had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:This study had confirmed that:1HuaZhuoJieDu formulae was used to treat CAG and had satisfactorycurative effect.2We took zhongwan,Tianshu,Neiguan, neiting,zusanli,and sanyinjiao to treat CAG and had satisfactory curative effect.3By comparing total curative effect,the symptoms curative effect and marking,gastroscope inspection,pathological curative effect, Hp eradication rate such indicators of the acupuncture group,the Chinese traditional medicine group and combination of Chinese medicine and acupuncture group.This study confirmed that CAG treated with HuaZhuoJieDu formulaecombined with acupuncture could not only improve the clinical symptomsquickly and effectively,but also effectively reduce or reverse gastric mucosa inherent gland atrophy, intestinal metaplasia and hyperplasia.And thetotal effective rate of clinical,the effect and integral of symptoms,Hp eradication rate of HuaZhuoJieDu formulae combined with acupuncture were better than the Chinese traditional medicine group and acupuncturegroup.It conformed that HuaZhuoJieDu formulae and acupuncture had a synergistic effect in treating CAG.They worked together to the body andimproved the clinical curative effect.So HuaZhuoJieDu formulae combinedwith acupuncture was a effective and feasible treatment for treating CAG.
