Objective: To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of acupuncture pain sensitivity points and conventional acupuncture on chronic non-atrophic gastritis, and to observe the distribution of pain sensitization,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis by acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods: 72 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(all from the department of acupuncture and spleen and stomach of yunnan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine)who met the inclusion criteria were selected, and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group by using SPSS to generate random Numbers. The treatment group chose the three most obvious pain sensitive points for acupuncture, while the control group chose CV12,PC6,and ST36 for acupuncture. On the basis of the main acupoints, the two groups were matched with acupoints according to the clinical syndrome type,3 times/week,a total of 3 weeks.CNAG main symptom score and TCM syndrome main symptom score were evaluated before and after treatment, and the pain threshold of pain sensitivity point was measured.SPSS software was used for analysis to observe the clinical efficacy and the change of pain sensitivity value.Results:(1)The detection of pain sensitivity points in 72 patients showed that most of the pain sensitivity points in the two groups were concentrated on the meridians, and thedistribution pattern was as follows: Conception Vessel > stomach meridian > Spleen Meridian > kidney meridian > bladder meridian. The results showed that the pain sensitive points of CNAG patients were mostly found on the meridians related to the disease or locally adjacent meridians(the frequency of disease-related meridians was higher than that of locally adjacent meridians),and the pain sensitive points were less at the non-meridians and non-acupoints.(2)Before and after treatment, the pain threshold of the two groups increased to different degrees after treatment(P<0.05),and the change in the pain threshold of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05),showing a statistical difference.(3)After treatment of the two groups of patients, the treatment group 8 cases(22.22%)were cured,24 cases(66.67%)were markedly effective,2 cases(5.56%)were effective,2 cases(5.56%)were ineffective, and 0 cases(0%)deteriorated.with a total effective rate of 94.44%;in the control group,6 cases(16.67%)were cured,14 cases(38.89%)were markedly effective,13 cases(36.11%)were effective,3 cases(8.33%)were ineffective, and 0 cases(0%)were deteriorated. The total effective rate was 91.67%;The overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,Z=-2.340,P=0.019(P<0.05).The two groups could improve the patients' stomachache, abdominal distension, belching, acid regurgitation, heartburn and other symptoms. The treatment group was better than the conventional group in improving the patients' stomachache score.(4)The scores of the main symptoms of TCM syndromes in the two groups of patients were significantly improved after treatment(P <0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05),which were statistically different.Conclusions:(1)The pain sensitive points of CNAG patients often appear on Conception vessel, stomach meridian, spleen meridian, kidney meridian and bladder meridian, and a few can also appear on non-meridian and non-acupoint.The number of pain sensitive points on Conception meridian was the highest, followed by Stomach meridian,Spleen meridian,Kidney meridian and Bladder meridian.Acupuncture pain sensitive point can obviously improve the degree of pain sensitivity of patients.(2)Acupuncture of pain sensitive points can improve the patient's stomachache, abdominal fullness, heartburn, acid regurgitation, belching and other clinical symptoms, especially the degree of stomachache.(3)The overall curative effect and improvement of main symptoms of TCM syndromes of acupuncture in the pain-sensitive point group were better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.
