Clinical Observation On "Shu Gan He Wei" In Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Of "Gan Wei Qi Zhi"

Objective:To provide theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Shugan Hewei method.Methods:60 patients with CAG who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with bismuth potassium citrate and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Observe and record the improvement of clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,and use Excel and spss22.0 software to sort out and analyze the data.Results:(1)Clinical symptoms:the effective rate of the control group was 73.3%,including clinical control in 0 cases,significant effect in 2 cases,effective in 20 cases,and ineffective in 8 cases;the effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,including clinical control in 0 cases,significant effect in 10 cases,effective in 17 cases,and ineffective in 3 cases.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P=0.007<0.05);(2)the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes:80%in the control group,93.3%in the treatment group,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P=0.004<0.05);(3)Syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine:the treatment group not only improved the main symptoms of the disease,such as stomachache fullness or pain,flank fullness discomfort or pain,but also improved the symptoms of secondary syndrome,such as aggravation of symptoms due to emotion;frequent belching;chest distress discomfort,etc.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of "shugan hewei" has a significant clinical effect in treating CAG of "ganwei qizhi".It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and TCM Syndromes of CAG patients,which is better than that of Western medicine alone.In the process of treatment,there is no case with adverse reactions.It is a safe and effective prescription.Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine has a certain clinical value in treating CAG.
