Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Functional Ventricular Premature Beats Caused By Liver Depression And Fire Type With Xinzhe No. 1 Recipe

Objective:To observe the improvement of symptoms of palpitation prescription no.1 on depression of the liver generates pathogenic fire type functional premature ventricular beats,and to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of palpitation prescription no.1.Methods:The patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group was given palpitation prescription No.l,and the control group was given betaloc sustained-release tablets,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The holter average heart rate,the holter total number of ventricular premature beats and the changes of TCM syndrome points before and after medication in the two groups were observed and compared,and adverse events during medication were recorded.Results:1.General information:there were 21 cases in the treatment group,including 9 males and 12 females;average(53.05±9.20)years,average heart rate of holter before treatment(76.81±8.23)per minute;total number of ventricular premature beats of holter before treatment(10088.10±11777.04);total TCM syndrome points(15.00±4.06).There were 21 cases in the control group,including 11 males and 10 females;average(54.24±10.67)years,average heart rate of holter before treatment(79.48±7.32)per minute;total number of ventricular premature beats of holter before treatment(9931.00±10097.57);total TCM syndrome points(14.23±3.63).2.Total effective rate:the total effective rate of palpitation prescription No.1 in the treatment of functional ventricular premature beats was 76.19%,and that of the control group was 71.42%.There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).3.Changes in holter average heart rate and ventricular premature beats:After 4 weeks of drug treatment,the holter average heart rate and ventricular premature beats in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than before the treatment,with significant differences(P<0.01).The average heart rate and ventricular premature beats of the two groups after treatment were compared without significant difference(P>0.05).This indicated that both palpitation prescription No.1 and betaloc sustained-release tablets can significantly improve the average heart rate and the number of ventricular premature beats.3.Total effective rate of TCM syndromes:the total effective rate of the treatment group with palpitation prescription no.1 was 90.48%,and that of the control group was 52.38%.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01)4.Comparison of single TCM symptom scores:in terms of single symptoms of palpitation,irritability,bitter mouth and insomnia,there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the single symptoms of dizzy and headache,hypochondriac pain,constipation between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).5.During the course of this study,safety indexes of the two groups were normal,no serious adverse reactions were found,and palpitation prescription No.1 was safe for clinic treatment.Conclusion:Palpitation prescription No.1 is effective in treating functional ventricular premature beats with depression of the liver generates pathogenic fire,which can significantly improve the average heart rate,the frequency of ventricular premature beats and some related clinical symptoms of the patients.Palpitation prescription No.1 is better than betaloc sustained-release tablets in improving TCM syndrome integral and some single symptoms.Qingxin yangxin zhenxin method is an effective treatment for premature ventricular beats with depression of the liver generates pathogenic fire syndrome,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
