1.Objective:Based on the study of pressure-sensitive point distribution of tinnitus in the early stage of our team,we initially observed the clinical efficacy of Shao-yang meridians in the treatment of tinnitus.2.Methods:The subjects were 37 patients with tinnitus who were admitted to Tong-ren Hospital from March 2017 to February 2018.Using the electro-acupuncture treatment to them in Shao-yang meridian points such as Wangu(GB12)mainly and other acupoints according to syndrome differentiation. To observe the changes of TSIS,THI and VAS before and after treatment in patients with tinnitus, and preliminary evaluation the clinical effect of treatment mainly with Shao-yang Meridian to tinnitus.3.Results3.1 Tinnitus VAS Scale to assess integral changesIn this study,37 tinnitus patients were collected at the begining, but there were only 32 data of patients after the treatment because of that 5 patients could not complete the entire course of treatment.3.1.1 Changes in VAS values before the first treatment and after the tenth treatment:VAS values after treatment were lower than those before treatment, there were statistically significant differences(p<0.01).3.1.2 Changes in VAS values before and after treatment each time to patients with tinnitus(immediate effect):There was no significant difference in VAS values before and after the fourth treatment(P>0.05),but The VAS values after the rest of the treatment were lower than before. There was a significant difference in VAS values before and after the third, fifth, ninth and tenth treatments(P<0.05),and it was more obvious in the first, second, sixth, seventh and eighth treatments(P<0.01).3.1.3 Changes in VAS values from the end of the last treatment to the start of the next treatment in tinnitus patients(continuous effect):The VAS values before the 4th treatment of tinnitus patients was lower than that after the 3rd treatment, and the VAS value before the 5th treatment was lower than that after the 4th treatment, and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);But there was no significant difference in the rest of treatment(P>0.05).3.1.4 Changes in VAS values before each treatment and before the first treatment:The VAS values before each treatment of tinnitus patients was lower than those before the first treatment, and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).3.2 Tinnitus patient TSIS scale assessment points changeChanges in TSIS values before the first treatment and after the tenth treatment:After treatment TSIS values was lower than before treatment, there was a statistically significant difference(p<0.01).3.3 Tinnitus patient THI scale assessment points changeChanges in THI values before the first treatment and after the tenth treatment:After treatment, the THI values was lower than before treatment, and there was a statistically significant difference(p<0.01).3.4 The overall efficacy of tinnitus patientsIn this study, among 32 cases of tinnitus patients,1 case recovered(3.13%),11 cases were markedly effective(34.37%),18 cases were effective(56.25%),2 cases were ineffective(6.25%),the total effective rate was 93.75%.3.5 The general condition of tinnitus patients and the influencing factors of therapeutic effect3.5.1 Comparison between different Gender and their curative effect:Among the 32 patients with tinnitus,15 cases were male(46.88%),17 cases were female(53.12%).There was no significant difference in gender between men and women(P>0.05).And there was no significant difference between the efficacy of men and women(P>0.05).3.5.2 Comparison among different Ages and their curative effect:Among the 32 tinnitus patients, the youngest was 21 years old,and the largest was 69 years old, with an average age of 44.69 years.Among them, the numbers of 31-50 years old(53.13%)and 51-70 years old(34.38%)were more than 18-30 years old, with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in efficacy between different age groups(P>0.05).3.5.3 Comparison among different courses of disease their of curative effect:there were 9 cases of 0?3 months,8 cases of 3 months to 1 year, and 15 cases of 1 year to 5 years.Among them,1 year to 5 years of chronic tinnitus patients were more common(46.88%).There was no significant difference in the number of patients between different courses(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in curative effect between different courses(P>0.05).3.5.4 Comparison between different Tinnitus sides and their curative effect:Among 32 cases of tinnitus patients, there were 10 cases of left-sided tinnitus,8 cases of right-sided tinnitus, and 14 cases of bilateral tinnitus, bilateral tinnitus incidence rate was 43.75%.There was no significant difference in the number of tinnitus between the tinnitus sides(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in curative effect between different sides(P>0.05).3.5.5 Comparison among different classifications of the severity of tinnitus and their curative effect:There was 1 case in grade ?(3.13%),9 cases in grade ?(28.12%),11 cases in grade ?(34.38%),9 cases in grade ?(28.12%),and 2 cases in grade ?(6.25%).The patients with tinnitus whose severity is grade ?,grade ? and grade ? are the most common, and there are significant differences compared with grade ? and grade ?(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in efficacy between different severity levels(P>0.05).3.5.6 Comparison among different syndrome types and their curative effect:Among 13 cases of tinnitus, there were 13 types of syndromes,of which the most related liver types were 22 cases, accounting for 68.75%;followed by spleen-related syndromes,16 cases accounted for 50%;other syndromes accounted for 12.5%.The liver-related syndrome type and spleen-related syndrome type were more than other syndrome types, with extremely significant difference(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between liver-related syndrome type and spleen-related syndrome type(P>0.05).The efficacy of liver-related syndromes was better than that of liver-related syndromes(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the efficacy of spleen-related syndromes and spleen unrelated syndromes(P>0.05).3.5.7 Concomitant diseases and the relationship between efficacy and cervical spondylosis:In 32 cases of tinnitus, the most common disease was cervical spondylosis,a total of 22 cases(68.75%),a total of 10 cases(31.25%)of patients without cervical spondylosis.Patients with cervical spine-related disease were significantly more than those without cervical spondylosis, with extremely significant differences(P<0.01).There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in tinnitus with cervical spondylosis and cervical spondylosis.3.5.8 Comparison between different Acupuncture treatment histories and their curative effect:Of the 32 patients with tinnitus,22 had tinnitus without history of acupuncture, accounting for 68.75%;and there were 10 tinnitus patients with acupuncture treatment history, accounting for 31.25%.The number of patients without acupuncture treatment was significantly higher than those with a history of acupuncture treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the history of acupuncture treatment and the history of non-acupuncture treatment(P>0.05).4 conclusion4.1 Treatment mainly in Shao-yang meridian can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of tinnitus patients in Initial observation.4.2 In this study, there are many liver-related syndromes in patients with tinnitus, and studies have shown that this method is effective for liver-related syndromes.
