Experience Of Professor Li Ping's Clinical Medication For Arrhythmia Based On Data Mining Technology

Research purposes:Through data mining technology,to study Professor Li Ping's clinical experience of treatment at arrhythmia and consolidate her academic thought and clinical experience.Research methods:Among the 308 cases and 692 arrhythmia cases treated by Professor Li Ping collected in the outpatient department.Establish Excel database,through the pretreatment of data,unify the information specification.Using frequency analysis,association rules,and cluster analysis of data mining,analyzing the common symptoms,tongue images,pulse patterns,and commonly used drugs for treating arrhythmias in the included arrhythmia cases,to consolidate Professor Li Ping's etiology and pathogenesis of Chinese medicine with arrhythmia,recognition and treatment ideas.Research result:1.In this study,a total of 308 cases were included in the study.There were 116 males and 192 females,with a male to female ratio of approximately 3:5.The youngest is 21 years old,the oldest is 88 years old,and the average age is 57.9 years.It can be known from the study results that the age group of the case age is relatively large,with the majority being over 50 years old,accounting for 69%,and there are more female arrhythmia patients than men.2.Among the 308 cases with 692 visits,the highest frequency of symptoms was "heart palpitation",which reached 86%.The other symptoms that occurred more than 100 times were:poor sleep,chest tightness,dizziness,abnormal stools,sweating,shortness of breath.,fatigue,dry mouth,chest pain,upset and impatient.3.Patients with arrhythmia had the highest frequency of tongue red,accounting for 48.99%,followed by dark tongue with 36.99%.The tongue coating was dominated by yellow moss,accounting for 33.96%,followed by greasy moss,33.82%.The frequency of sublingual veins and sublingual vein lag was the highest,which was 28.9%and 20.38%,respectively.It can be seen that the most common tongue in patients with heart palpitations is red tongue,yellow coating,greasy moss,and dark tongue.4.Pulses are most common in the slippery pulse,with a frequency of 55.06%.Followed by the sink pulse,accounting for 29.05%.The minimum frequency is 1.6%of astringent.It can be seen that the arrhythmia included in the case is characterized by the " slippery pulse"as the main feature.5.Of the 308 arrhythmia patients included,a total of 692 prescriptions were collected.The top 15 drugs used in the following order were:Fu Ling,Fu Chao Zhi Qiao,Chen Pi,Yu Jin,Zhu Ru,Huang Lian,Jiang Ban Xia,Shi Chang Pu,Shou Wu Teng,North Bupleurum,Chuan Xiong,Vinegar Schisandra,Salvia,Ophiopogon,Pueraria.6.Among the patients with arrhythmia,the most common are feverish fever(fire)syndromes,followed by stagnation and stasis syndrome,and some deficiency syndromes.7.Coronary heart disease,hypertension,and hyperlipidemia are the most common complications in patients with arrhythmia.Among them,hypertension accounted for 27.17%.8.According to the analysis of association rules,in the drug association,the degree of confidence is above 0.9,Fu Ling,Fu Chao Zhi Qiao,Chen Pi,Yu Jin,Zhu Ru,Huang Lian,Jiang Ban Xia,Shi Chang Pu and Shou Wu Teng are combined to form a drug for the drug group to appear together.Formulas are made up of prescriptions.9.The prescriptions of medicines in the association rules are closely related to the fire syndromes.10.According to the cluster analysis,the drugs are classified according to different efficacy.The most commonly used drugs are 7 types:tranquilizers,blood circulation phlegm drugs,qi supplement drugs,heat-clearing drugs,phlegm drugs.
