Arrhythmia, that is a usual illness in cardiovascular diseases, can occur at any age and previel with age.In recent years, many studies have found that some patients with arrhythmia are mainly caused by anxiety, depression or other psychological problems. For these patients, while in treatment,we should pay enough attention to mental health.Actually, that belongs to pshycardiological disease that has caused more concern nowadays. In western medicine, the therapy for such diseases is a combination of cardiovascular and mental disorders durgs, which may bring adverse effects even the disease exacerbation. However, the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in this kind of diseases. The TCM theory argues that the liver has the function of controlling conveyance and dispersion, regulating emotions, and the heart has the function of storing spirit. Also both of two can reinforce each other to maintain normal psychological activities. So the TCM treatments in the pshycardiological disease often base on regulating liver. This study uses the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary system software(TCMISS)to analyze the regularity of effective prescriptions which include the database treatments in arrhythmia from regulatin liver and treatments used by Professor Zhang Jingchun used respectively, and also have an in-depth study and inheritance of clinical experience and academic thoughts of Professor Zhang in treating arrhythmia. This study cover two parts: literature review and data mining research.1.Literature ReviewsReview 1: Treating arrhythmia from liverThis part systematically elucidate the understanding of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine on arrhythmia, the theoretical basis of treating arrhythmia from liver and the study on the treatment of arrhythmia from liver.Review 2: Treating arrhythmia from liver: a systematic reviewOBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of treating arrhythmia from liver.METHODS: Searched CNKI,Wan Fang Data,CBM,VIP,PUBMED,EMBASE and other databases, selected the researches which met the inclusion criteria. With the help of REVMAN 5.3.5 software analyze the Selected researchs.RESULTS: A total of 13 randomized controlled trials involving a total of 938 patients were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that, therapy group has better efficiency than the control group on the aspects of the clinical curative effect, the TCM syndrome efficacy, the 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram curative effect and improving the number of abnormal rhythm in 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram. No serious adverse reactions has been recorded, the security is acceptable. Conclusion: Meta-analysis showed that current evidence suggest treating arrhythmia from liver is indeed effective. However, due to the limitations of the quality and quantity of the study, the conclusion needs to be further verified by more high-quality trials.2.Data mining research:OBJECTIVE:Analyzing the law of effective prescriptions which are included in the database treating arrhythmia from liver and Professor Zhang Jingchun used for treating arrhythmia respectively,to explore the relationship between the two,to verify professor Zhang Jingchun's treatment of arrhythmia is from the liver, and summarizes the rules of prescription medication,in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment of arrhythmia.METHODS: Searching the effective prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for treating arrhythmia in CNKI,Wan Fang Data,CBM,VIP from building to December 2016,choosing the part that treating arrhythmia from liver.Collecting the effective prescription which Professor Zhang Jingchung treats arrhythmia in the outpatient.Input them to TCMISS,building database and using data mining method to exploit its prescription laws.RESULTS:Research 1:1.A total of 939 effective prescriptions for the treatment of arrhythmia were found.Among them, there were only about 131 prescriptions for the treatment of arrhythmia from the liver, which involved only about 14%,and had 186 flavors.2.Chai Hu is the most frequently used.Cold and bitter drugs are used frequently in four properties and five tastes. Many drugs into the liver meridian.3.There are 30 commonly used drugs in combination. The top three is Bai Shao and Chai Hu,Dang Gui and Chai Hu,Yu Jin and Chai Hu.4.Based on the complex system entropy clustering algorithm,22 core combinations and 11 new prescriptions were obtained.Research 2:1.Sorted out 233 pieces of prescription,177 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Gan Song is the most frequently used.Cold and umami drugs are used frequently in four properties and five tastes. Many drugs into the liver meridian.3.The top three commonly used drugs in combination is Gan Song and Suan Zaoren,Yan Husuo and Gan Song,Yan Husuo and Suan Zaoren.4.Based on the complex system entropy clustering algorithm,22 core combinations and 11 new prescriptions were obtained.CONCLUSION:Research 1:Treating arrhythmia from liver is not widely used.In the modern literature, the prescription of treating arrhythmia from the liver is mainly based on the changes of Si Ni San and Xiao Yao San.The principle of combination of the new prescription is curing heart from liver, and taking into consideration strengthening the body resistance and drive out evil spirits.Research 2:Treating arrhythmia from liver is the characteristic therapy of Professor Zhang Jingchun. Her peculiar Drugs are Gan Song,Yan Husuo,Mu Li and Suan Zaoren. She makes good use of insect drugs for refractory and recurrent arrhythmia. Her formula idea is liver drugs given priority to,plus special drug and taking into other TCM therapy. The commonly used prescription is based on Si Ni San and Zhi Gan Cao Tang.
