Based On Data Mining To Explore The Thinking Of Professor Song Ping,an Expert Of Guoyitang,on The Treatment Of Insomnia And The Law Of Medication

This article is composed of two parts,namely Professor Song Ping’s thought of treating insomnia and the law of drug use.The former analyzes and summarizes the experience of insomnia from the aspects of Etiology,pathogenesis,therapeutic principle,diagnosis and treatment experience,case examples and so on.The law of drug use will be processed by data mining through the auxiliary platform of TCM inheritance.Objective:Based on Professor Song Ping’s experience in the treatment of insomnia,the author uses the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)to mine the data of patients’ prescriptions and summarize the law of drug use,so as to provide references and ideas.Methods:According to the diagnosis、inclusion and exclusion criteria,209 patients with insomnia were selected from Song Ping’s clinic from September 2017 to May 2019.The patient’s gender,age and prescription of Chinese medicine will be collected and recorded into the Auxiliary Platform System of TCM inheritance(V2.5),the function of the software,such as information statistics,association rules,entropy hierarchical clustering analysis of complex system,is used to mine prescription data,and the results are presented in graph and table.Results:1.The etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia: the location of insomnia is mainly in the heart and liver,which is caused by the liver’s loss of catharsis and the mind’s loss of nourishment.2.Medication Regimen:According to the results of data mining,the cold and warm characteristics were the main characteristics of the four gases in the prescription.Among the five flavors,the proportion of the use of sweet drugs was the highest.The drug meridian mainly enters the heart meridian and liver meridian.The high frequency drugs showed the distribution law of nourishing the heart,calming the mind and regulating the liver.The top 30 drugs are mainly for nourishing the mind,soothing theliver and relieving stagnation,regulating qi and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The frequency of medication reflects the treatment of insomnia from the heart and liver,and the treatment is mainly to nourish the heart and regulate the liver.The formula information reflects professor Song Ping’s treatment of insomnia from the heart,liver treatment,more choose cold drugs to relieve depression and clear heat;Warm drugs to regulate qi huoxue;Sweet medicine to tonic,soothing;The prescription medicine cold and warm with,attack and remedy concurrently apply,altogether play jie yu dredge liver,regulating qi and activating blood to tranquilize the mind.3.common drug combinations:35 groups of common drug combinations were obtained by association rule analysis.The first 10 groups were:polygala root->Schisandra chinensis;Mother of Pearl->Schisandra chinensis;Acorus calamus->Schisandra chinensis;Mother of Pearl->Acorus calamus;curcuma aromatica->Acorus calamus;Semen Zizyphi Spinosae->Mother of Pearl;Angelica sinensis->Poria cocos;Ligusticum wallichii->Poria cocos;polygala root->Mother of Pearl;polygala root->Acorus calamus。4.core drugs:Schisandra chinensis、Acorus calamus、Mother of Pearl、polygala root、Poria cocos、Semen Zizyphi Spinosae、Ligusticum wallichii、Angelica sinensis、curcuma aromatica、Platycladi Seed、vine of multiflower knotweed、moutan bark、salvia、Fructus Gardeniae.5.Entropy clustering of complex systems: based on entropy clustering analysis of complex systems,a total of 5new combinations are obtained:A.Radix paeoniae Alba,radix bupleuri,vine of multiflower knotweed,fermented soybean,moutan bark,Fructus Gardeniae,B.albizia flower,fruit of citron or trifoliate orange,vine of multiflower knotweed,Platycladi Seed,C.albizia flower,red-rooted salvia,Platycladi Seed,dens draconis,D.fructus corni;Cornus officinalis,calcined oyster shell,calcined oyster shell,dens draconis,E.Radix paeoniae Alba,Angelica sinensis,Poria cocos,Liquoric Root.Conclusion:This study is based on professor Song Ping’s understanding of insomnia,and through the comprehensive analysis of data mining results,the disease location ofinsomnia is mainly in the heart and liver,insomnia is mainly caused by liver loss and drainage,mind loss,the law of medication reflects: insomnia treatment is mainly to nourish the mind,qi and blood;Prescription drugs gan han,gan wen,both attack and remedy,together with the diagnosis and treatment ideas of soothing the liver and relieving stagnation,regulating qi and promoting blood circulation,nourishing the heart and calming the mind;Commonly used drug combination: the composition reflects the combination law of nourishing the heart and calming the mind,and simultaneously raising the heart and regulating the liver.The core drugs are mainly to nourish the heart,relieve depression,calm the mind,regulate qi and promote blood circulation.Entropy clustering new prescription embodies the treatment methods of soothing the liver and relieving stagnation,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and nourishing the mind and calming the mind,which is worthy of reference.
